Another victim of led factory mart, received my bronco trail marker lights with 2 different screws that are stripped out and all they offered were to send 2 screws which will not work, all we want is a replacement but no one ever answers to do anything. Save yourself the hassle of AWFUL costumer service and buy them on ebay.
Purchased the lowering fairing lights kit for my HD and at first was impressed on the new look it provided. As I assembled back the passing lamps, one side did not illuminate, very odd since it was no issue before the new installation. Troubleshoot and found one of the Y-cables that was included in the kit either was broken or not wired correctly. Swapped Y-cable from other side and found no issue with the passing lamps. Emailed LED FACTORY MART and explained to David what occurred and he assured me that a replacement would be sent out. A shipment label providing tracking was provided with an indication that it was shipped. Here we are today and the shipping tracker indicates no progress has been made beyond a label being created. Emailed David back to question and I have not received a response. I am hoping that this could be resolved soon, and in return would update this review.

It is a great product and looks great on the back of my jeep. Only two things I could complain about was it says it was a guaranteed fit but there was no plug on the back of the lights had to cut my existing plug and wire and wire it direct. He gave me a delivery Date but product arrived seven days later called to ask them what was going on. They said product came in damaged and had to get a new one order. I told him I just wish they would have emailed me and let me know of the delay

My order came rather quickly and everything you need is in the box. Even though I had it professionally installed, my mechanic said it was an easy straight forward installation. I love the lights and the updated app works great!

Installed led headlights w/halo and fog lights w/halo. Very bright headlights without being blinding to on coming traffic.
Once I found and down loaded wiring diagram, Instalation was pretty straight forward.
Just received led flush fitting tail lights. Look very good. I'll let you know who the Instalation went

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. I got the high mount led rear lights that mount on the back hardtop of my jeep JL. Only issue is there is not much in the way of installation instructions for the wiring. But they look and work great, including the white reverse leds!

I had to call customer service to find out where my order was at and after 10 days, it finally shipped. Had I not called, who knows if I would ever got my LED headlight

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
