Nice person but that's where it ends. Talked to Scott six times and each time he was very nice and each time nothing he said came to pass. Overcharged me said he'd take care of the refund right away... 2 months still waiting. Sold me a different product than what I ordered and when confronted he explained that they don't make the bulb that he sold me. I would not recommend this business to anyone, save having a migraine and go somewhere else. His best line was " I don't know what they're doing in shipping. I'm holding your light in my hand right now and am sending it out today next day air at no charge"... six weeks later...

I ordered the Ferrari F430 LED light conversion kit from HIDSRUS.com and had a wonderful customer experience. The bulbs are great quality. I had a small issue with the order but it was resolved in a matter of minutes thanks to Scott. He is actually knowledgeable on the car not just somebody reselling parts. Five stars! I will be ordering from them again very soon.

I purchased the best they had along with a lifetime warranty in 2011. What an amazing HID system. Now it's 2019 and one ballast went bad only. The ballast\bulb combo isn't manufactured anymore so what did they do? They (SCOTT) sent me a completely new kit just for the shipping of $10!. I am still in shock and Scott, from the way you handled this you now have a lifetime guarantee of all my business plus friends from now on. Thank you. Steven - Kingston, Jamaica

They have high prices but i decided to try there hid's anyways. I recieved the wrong kit so i tried contacting them for 2 weeks. After I got a hold of them I sent the kit back (I had to pay for return shipping). They took weeks to refund my money. When i received the return money, i understood that there was a 25% restocking fee, which is ridiculous!, but the amount they gave me was $5 short. F this site! I hope they go out of business. I emailed them again but who knows how long it will take to get the rest of my money. For your own good don't ever use this site.
