I thought the product I bought would be more of a carpet, instead it's more foam. My son has a liner in his truck and it's carpet. I don't know the brand
I would not have bought this if I knew it was 90% foam, I'm concerned of its durability.

I have recently purchased a few things from Real Truck. A tonneau cover and a back rack system. Also for my previous Chevy Colorado I purchased a back rack and a cover from Real Truck. The site is very easy to use very easy to navigate with all the info easily available. Also, when calling customer service, they were extremely helpful, kind and considerate. They also do a great job following up to your support requests. I highly recommend doing business with RealTtruck for all your truck accessories
As of today I had to cancel my order for my gator Tono cover because I could not get an answer from support as to when my order would be shipped or when I would receive it. I am very disappointed in Real Truck.

This was my second purchase for a folding bed cover. Selling my Super-duty for a F-150 as my kids are growing up. I called and spoke with Joshua and I'll have to say he was the nicest and most down to earth person I've talked to in a long time. I had such a great experience the first time that I decided to come back. So glad I did! Ordered yesterday afternoon and this morning I received an email advising it's shipped with a tracking number. Great service and I highly recommend anyone looking for a bed cover to come here Vs a third party vendor.
I waited 2 months for my bedcover after being told I would have it before Christmas. I have 20 emails and countless phone calls trying to get the cover. As of today I'm told I will have to wait 12 to 16 weeks for the cargo manager. Out of all of your people I've had to deal with only 2 could make anything happen. Steve Betts was the best. David Reed also helped. Take a look at all the emails and and maybe tidy up your company.
