They honour their warranty! Very knowledgeable and Scott helped diagnose my problem with the help of video. In the end he just sent me a new kit. Just wow.

It is legitimate. My first purchase was in 2011. I am back in 2019 and the warranty has been honoured. Quite amazing actually.
