Received the spray cans but have not used any of them as yet. Ordered items were nicely packaged and protected, with reasonably prompt shipping.
Everything was easy and simple to understand. The color match was phenomenal and made me look like a pro. I'm not a pro, I'm just a dude with a rattle can but the color match was so good the little project looked pretty decent when I was done.
Several options available to repair paint scratches from minor scratches to larger abrasion damage. The repair kit options make it easy to get all the products necessary to complete the repair. Ordering products I needed was easy and efficient.
I like the repair kits that contain all the materials needed to repair minor scratches, stone chips, or abrasion damage to your car. The paint I ordered exactly matched the OEM paint.
It's just an online order to a website. It was delivered in a timely manner. As far as the way the 3 pens worked, there was no guidance or information in the way of instruction on how to use them. I'll just say I wouldn't do it again.
A collision shop suggested I visit your site since I was having issues identifying what my what my color was. I recently purchased a burgundy 1975 Corvette Coupe. However, the GM plate information on the inside of the drivers side door on my Vette did not match any of the codes you have.
Ordered paint pen for touch up work. Shipped within a week, then got lost in transit evidently. Finally received order a couple weeks later after calling customer service and asking for a tracking number. Haven't got to use pen(s) yet but at least ordering process was fairly easy.
Website ordering was pretty much straight forward. I think there were a couple of glitches when ordering multiple items, but nothing too had to overcome.
Discovered online. The matched my 1973 450 SL perfectly. I bought the bottle with small brush attached and te color pen. Both worked as described. I will recommend Paint/Scratch to anyone needing touch up colors. Very quick and friendly.
Since no phone number is available, I found it difficult to confirm the accuracy of one of my paint selections. It would have been so much easier to speak with a real live person.
Great selection of colors that are easy to look up. I actually use PaintScratch for color accurate cosplay and movie prop building in addition to auto touch up. Great service at reasonable price.

Collin accidentally dropped a pair of skis on his new car and they left a deep paint scratch on the hood. After trying a number of autobody shops, Collin was dismayed by the extremely high prices they were quoting to touch up the scratch. And that was just the shops that actually could track down the color - several said they were unable to match the formula for his paint. Collin thought that there just had to be a better solution out there.
Earlier in Collin's entrepreneurial career, he had spent time buying, repairing, and selling used cars in the Bay Area of California. He developed a great relationship with a local paint shop there, San Leandro Color, and relied on their expertise to formulate and mix paint for him.
Fast forward to the skis being dropped on his new car and no good options to fix the scratch, and Collin had an idea: let people buy inexpensive touch up paint kits online, mixed with the exact paint to match their vehicle. Collin reconnected with his friends at San Leandro Color, worked out the details, and the first orders were shipped in April 2000!
