Good luck. Better with keeping it, and learning the hard lesson. This company is terrible in every imaginable way. They sell junk, have horrible customer service, and basically need to be shut down due to the vast number of people they have screwed.

You may have noticed the reason why people are so angry? Clothes are tiny child sizes and unlined, poorly finished, bad material.
I hope you paid via PayPal to get your money back? Otherwise return goods to the China address on their label on the parcel. But you need to track postage which costs a fortune. They do not send return labels as small printed in their terms and conditions! Hopeless.

I googled and got a telephone number but forget it. They'll give you a return authorization but it's at your expense which would cost wayyyy more than whatever you bought. Good luck though!

Best to sell it as it would be more expensive to send back. I put a bad report on them and I told them I was not returning it so they gave me my money back and to keep the item. They are a ridiculous company.

Cheaper to keep it and even if you return it you will be lucky if they ever admit to receiving it! I'd keep it and stick it on ebay see if you can make a couple of quid back otherwise I'd just bin it!

My items arrived after just over a month... its cheap and tacky jewellery and I paid 25 pound for that! They are from Beijing in China. Totally screwed me. I would advise you to just leave it n forget it... but spread the word. Jolly Chic you are just nasty cheap horrible company selling shit stuff... end off.

Better keep it or give it to a friend, the return will cost you more than what you have paid for the item for sure

You cant return without paying a small fortune for customs clearance to send to china.

There is no way. I emailed them for a week several times a day and they gave me the same automated response over and over again, blatantly disregarding anything I had to say. I had to contact my credit card company to cancel the payment and report the website. It's a scam of a website.

I have never had to return a item yet
