Jollychic writes their own reviews. They are all over this site. Verbiage is just a bit off with some reviews. Leave a bad review and someone will apologize and suggest you send back the items, assuming you get them, for more product.
This is a dishonest company across the board. Poor craftsmanship, inferior material, horrible sizing and slow shipping. I honestly do not t h ink I've had a worse experience with any other store. On line or in person.

They fabricate the 5-star reviews. If you read carefully, you'll be able to find tell-tale signs, which are in the language and writing style. Clearly, all those 5-star reviews were not written by genuine buyers. Latter usually are the ones giving the poor ratings.
The website even sent me emails asking me to remove my negative reviews in exchange for a discount on my next purchase. Plenty of false advertising on this site. Stay away and do not be tempted by the ridiculous savings!

Most likely the company write their own review. I just wanted other people know about the worst experience I had with them

Hi, I can only speak about my experience, which was not good, the items were very poor quality, and customer services were very unhelpful, the only way I could return items was to send them to China (too costly) even though they were shipped from London, they said that address would not receive returns. I have given the items to charity, as I said in my review, I have never left such a negative review about anything before

I think they write their own good reviews! There is no way this Company could have good reviews! I gave them plenty of chances to "make it right" and they did nothing at all. Really bad customer service!

If you are unhappy they don't take care of your issues if they send your order and there is an issue you have to ship it back at your cost and shipping to China is over $200.00

I have no idea, but I will search for another site in the USA to buy my clothing next time, there reviews are fabricated, except for negative ones, because honestly when you look at some of the crap you get, nobody in there right mind would have ever ordered this stuff, unless you don't mind looking cheap

Personally the time my garments took to come was satisfactory, the garments were not as per picture, the quality was much poorer and although they were not expensive I was disappointed as they looked so nice in the picture! The garments are not un+44 7738 782284wearable and with a little bit of needlework they could be fixed to look better eh the crooked bow on mine could be straightened but my biggest beef was the fact that they advertise as uk and have a uk address but returns go to China which means postage is extortionate so basically no one bothers to return. I complained and it took 6 weeks to get a reply! If they were honest they would show pictures of the real garments not pictures of what the garments aspire to look like!

They have 5 star ratings because they are having employees do them or they are doing them. I was very disapponted when I got my order and none of the items fit and a few were not exactly what was ordere. The shopping to return is ridiculously high so you get stuck with stuff you can't wear or you can try and sale it for less than you paid. I've learned my lesson and will not order from them again!
