This is a terrible company that goes by many different names - if you paid by paypal you may get your money back - if not you will probably lose it. Even if you receive anything it is not as pictured, the material is different, very cheaply made, items smell and the sizing is tiny (lucky to fit an 8 year old (and that is a one size fits all. Good luck to you and stay away from these Chinese companies

I agree with Kate B. The thing is I had no idea this is a Chinese company. Only when I received an email telling me that my order was on its way, then I knew it was coming from China. That alone to me should be against the law. We should know before we order WHERE this crap is coming from. Terrible company indeed!

I figured I paid enough on duty & shipping to Canada (all over and above what they quoted me). Even though items do not fit (their sizes are not close to American/Canadian sizes), I prefer giving the items to people I know than shipping them back to China. They've offered to refund upon reception but I have to pay for shipping. No way... I refuse... Paid enough. Will NEVER buy through them again. I will count my loses and do business elsewhere.

You send your items back and they do not refund your money. Even when you have proof that they received the item they lie and say they didn't receive it. Everyone needs to know that Jollychic are theives and liers and should never be used.

I also ordered and am furious I received after many weeks and they are not big enough for my? I cannot beleive the material and size.
And I just want a phone number>I tried one yesterday and could not understand one word he said or he I.
I just want an american number and answer

Don't worry they will be caught up with one day for spamming the American people! Tell as many people as you can on the computer so word can travel and they will be out of business soon! That is my goal! GET DISHONEST PEOPLE OUT OF THE SCAMMING PEOPLE BUSINESS. I HOPE THEY DO SOME JAIL TIME BECAUSE i HEARD CHINA IS PRETTY ROUGH ON THEIR PUNISHMENTS. PEOPLE LIKE THIS JOLLY CHIC PLACE DESERVES WHAT THEY GET.

This site isn't realible, shipping takes entirely to long and clothing sizes run smaller than average! To return items the cost is INSANE! I would not recommend this site to anyone!

This is a bad company do not order from them n good luck getting anything positive from them

It cost more to send it back than the garment is worth. NO SATISFACTION with this company. They offered to pay 1/2 of my return shipping in exchange for more merchandise that I did not want! What a rip off!

The return shipping cost alone is prohibitive. It cost me $33.00 just to mail 1 envelope & the postman wished me good luck in getting a refund & said it took take up to 3 months or more just to get through customs!
