It will cost more for me to return the item than it did when I purchased it. DON'T DO IT - This company is a JOKE. Not worth the money to go through the aggravation. I will never purchase anything again.

It costs more to send the crap back than you actually pay for the items because you have to send it China. It is ridiculous that they don't have to disclose that they are a foreign company up front! They won't give a refund or send prepaid return envelopes either.

I wouldnt bother trying to send back. I put my items into a charity collection doubt anyone has arms thin enough to wear any of it

This is where they rip you off, you have to send to China and it costs sometimes upward to 100.00 or more. Stay away from this company. We were ripped off big time.

Unfortunately I am one of those gullible customers who got RIPPED OFF by Jolly Chic. Non-existent customer service and to ship my inferior blouse back to China cost just as much as the blouse itself. Plus, I was not convinced that they would actually credit my credit card after receiving my return. Stay away from this Jolly Terrible Company!

Definitely not. I will cost more for you to ship them back then the item is worth. Call them and complain and let them know you are not willing to send the item back at your expense. This company is totally ridiculous!

Welcome to the club. You've just been shafted like the majority of us here. This company rips people off constantly. They sell junk, have the worst customer service imaginable. They need to be put out of doing business once and for all.

Good luck returning it. I still have the stuff I bought that didn't fit. Never could get anyone to answer me from customer service. There have been reviews on here of people who returned stuff but never got their money back. Company claimed they never got it.

They totally sent me the wrong top size I needed XXL and they sent Med, get real, they can send you anything they want It would have cost me more to send back then items cost from USA. If they had distribution center in US I'd take my chances I liked what I got and not badly made. Smells kind of funny. I WOULDN'T take the Chance. To much grief I was pissed! Jeanne H.
