Quality is horrible, picture blurry, cant even make out trees they look like blobs. With what I paid I would never buy anything from them again. Walmart could have done a better job!

I absolutely LOVE our wall full of our 5 kids adorable faces. I waited 2 years to swap them out because we didn't do family pics last year. Gracious, the kids grew! My only "bummer" is that I didn't know you could replace JUST THE pic, and not the entire frame too. The way I found out was an advertisement after I already ordered. I called in and the gal was super nice and helpful and I will definitely just swap prints from here on out.

The online tool used to place a picture on the canvas was awful, constantly reset, and had no option for mirrored edges. I had to create mirrored edges myself to make the picture work, and I clearly put the mirror out of frame as marked by the website. Then when I got the picture, the mirrored edge was actually in frame, not on the side edges of the print.
I've used multiple websites and never been so frustrated or spent so much time editing my photos just so it would look good and fit properly in the website. Other sites took 15 minutes. This site took 3 hours and even then didn't deliver ehat I ordered based on what they showed.

Ordered 2 framed pictures of 22 x 44 of my wedding day the first one come at the right time cause I paid for expedited shipping then the next one come on the following Monday and when I opened it up, excited to hang it up with the other one it came in blurry, and then our chip in the frame and when you go to try to reach out to correct the problem with customer service it is such a hassle

I have purchased over 15 frames from Smallwoods and love each one of them- except for this purchase. The corner of the frame is defective and customer service will not replace the item stating that it "meets their QC standards" — well it seems like their standards have gone down hill!
We have 4 Smallwood frames in our home now, most recently adding one to our basement and with no hesitation I knew where I was ordering from. They come quickly and are printed to clearly and the best is that it's easy to hang and now they have "refills" for your frames!
I had framed canvas done for our family 4 years ago and just replaced them with new ones. Such great quality and look so nice! I did find the website finicky to make them and not the most user friendly but the end result was wonderful!
This piece is large and holds its own. I love it and added a little embellishment. I may still add some lights. Also, keep the box so it stores well. Light weight and hangs with a simple nail.
I love the frame and picture but on the one side the clip is in front of the picture instead of behind it. I'm afraid to force it into place as I don't want to damage the picture. I took a picture but can't upload here.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine!
