Returns, if needed, are hassle-free as postage is deducted from the refund, so you can quickly put it back in the post using the supplied label. He has been a satisfied customer for years. This page is reliable, I had a great shopping experience.

I returned something after 30 days and received a gift card -- not a problem. But when I used the gift card on a huge order and returned a small portion of the order within 30 days, they gave me another gift card.

I asked why I didn't receive a refund to my credit card, and they said they refund the gift card first. So if I bought $10,000 in new stuff and returned one item, they'd pay me back in a gift card again. So it's an endless loop of never being able to use the gift card if I return anything from a new order, no matter how large the new order is.

Garbage policy. Annoying little scam.

Placed order on Dec 15 enough time for Christmas gift. No shipping confirmation no emails at all. Called and they couldn't find order. Said they would call back never did. Called and was told multiple warehouse story. Dec 27 still waiting for shipment. Poor customer service. They did do a good job charging my card. Oh they never confirmed that either

Do not believe the website. It claims that if you can put it in your cart, it's in stock. That is false. They will take and process your money, cancel your order days later, and not issue a refund in a timely process. Do not trust this company.

Order a pair of boots for a Christmas present, and paid extra to make sure they would be here in time. Was told the 21st of December, and here we are the 23rd and they haven't even been shipped! Contacted customer service to be told that the delay is due to them being shipped from a sister warehouse and they can't cancel the order. How can you not cancel an order that hasn't been shipped? I wouldn't trust this place with anything! I hope this place goes under for being a scam

The website is easy and not complicated. Navigating is also realy comfortable. Variety and amount of types and brands is realy impressive. The support is so kind. I recieved my sneakers without delay and i like everything. I know where i am gonna order next present for my brother bd, ty :)

First time customer! Ordered 1 item on December 5th. They charged my debit card. Received an email that there were "system synchonization issues". Advised to cancel my order. Given refund. Placed 2nd order immediatley after cancelling first. Debit card charged. Once again, got an email there were yet again "synchronization issues" with the order. So Shoebacca cancels my 2nd order WITHOUT my permission. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful before ordering and save yourself TONS of frustration!

Not of any fault of Shoebacca... Boots are the best quality I have ever seen... I am looking forward in warm feet this winter. And because of health reasons really need protection from the cold. My boots were delivered to the wrong address by UPS and were left out side in a really good rain storm. When they were brought to me by the neighbors they were soaking wet... boxes were destroyed by water... drying the boots out so far so good. Can't wait to try them on... talked with customer service which offered a return. Passed it up I'll dry them out and I got me the best boots that one can find... not letting these out of my site... Fast shipping also... Customer service was great. They took care of me... very Thankful for their action... I wish everyone at Shoebacca a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year...
