I've used Fashiophile in the past to sell items and loved the experience at the Carlsbad store. I was looking for a specific type of bag and saw several on their website over the course of a couple of weeks.
The item arrived in exactly the condition described. I estimate I save 50% had I bought it at the retailer. I can't imagine the condition to have been any better than the one I bought from Fashionphile.
So far I've had good experiences with fashionpile. This particular wallet turned out to good and it was in great shape. My only complaint is they had the wrong description (product, measurements etc) so luckily for me it was indeed the wallet in photos but it made me take pause since the description was for the large wallet
Anyway it worked out well and the wallet came and was the one in the photos! Shipping was pretty fast too!

Every purchase I've made has been fabulous. Always as described and with great pictures to show any condition issues. Usually items appear nicer in person because photos are taken with excellent lighting and zoom in on details.
I paid for a second day delivery, never happened. Customer service only email is listed. All other high end luxury goods vendors have a phone number so customer can call right away if something is not right or just need help
Fashionphile has a wonderful selection of handbags and accessories. The photos, item rating and description provide accurate information to make a selection. I am always more than satisfied with my purchase. They still offer free shipping, which is great because I cannot remember the last time that I returned something.
I come to Fashionphile every time I want a new "used" bag. The descriptions and photos are great. There is a lot to choose from plus free shipping is awesome. Knowing I can return too makes the experience a 10+.

Yes, I trust that the products were authentic, but I had each item checked for authenticity by the actual LV/Chanel store in Miami, and they were both authentic products. So rest knowing that you're getting the real deal for a good deal.
Searching for specific items is so easy both on the website and the app. I love being able to save items to follow so I don't have to hunt them down at a different time. I received my item back so nicely it made the entire experience so great. While the item I bought was listed as slightly worn I could hardly tell it had been used. I had expected a more loved product based on the price and description but was pleasantly surprised at what great shape it was in. Clearly the standards are high for Fashionphile.
