Don't appreciate how you advertise free and then gouge with a $24 fee and hold the resume hostage unless paying this fee. I was already committed spending hours creating my resume or I would use another company that isn't charging such an outrageous fee for mid level templates and interface.

Marketing the site as free is descriptive marketing. If you are charging to receive the resume, it should be stated up front. Also offering a pay and download option instead of subscription would be nice.
