I was going to cancel my subscription; However, I was so happy with the rep he signed me up for a discounted plan after he showed ne showed me the all the functions to their site I felt it was worth it to rewrite my resume using their system. They allow you to help friends and family not only look for a job in the thousands of postings they have, but it will also help them generate a resume & cover letter.

Cover letter now is a complete scam, I signed up for 14 day access, next thing I know I'm being charged for the next month after they never notified me that I was going to automatically be opted into a subscription. Very dishonest and never even provided a good product.

It was for the most part good. The resume lacked a couple details that really needed to be in there but once I added them it was very well done. I have actually replaced my previous resume with that one now.
