The worst online shopping that I ever had,
I placed an order with Dynamite
Several exchanges took place with agents of the Dynamite company. The company refuses to issue me a refund for the same amount of my order under the pretext that it has proof of delivery which is nothing more than a photo taken by the delivery person with a package in his hands and offers me to go claim the charge or amount taken from my account at the bank and request a refund from the bank as I do not recognize the expense. In fact, it is fraud that the company is encouraging me to engage in and to lie for a charge that I very well recognize was taken from my account in return for property that I did not own. Never received.
I will never shop here again... I placed a large order online a couple of weeks ago and received everything but two dresses. It is evident that whoever was packing my order innocently missed them. However, when I contact customer service requesting them to send me the dresses which they had no problems charging me for, they apparently "looked into it" — god know whatever that means — and told me to take it up with the bank.
Ladies, please save your dollars for someone else and do not buy anything from these guys online because should anything go wrong, they won't even bother with you. Better yet, don't support then by purchasing anywhere — online or in-store.
Return instructions indicate email or phone must be contacted. Both are out of service. Also tried "contact me" info on site. Phone is a medical response company and email doesn't go through. At least others seem to have gotten through to them. So frustrating
I bought 2 tops at Dynamite. I got them home and 1 of them had a cut in it on the front. Staff said it looked like it was done by a box cutter but because I didn't have the receipt but could prove the purchase on my credit card the week prior and the fact that the top has their name on it, they couldn't do anything for me. Their customer service is an epic failure and I will forever knock this company and talk about the poor quality of their store forever; all for a $35 purchase. Well done Dynamite!
I went to return my stuff that I bought with cash! ($50) And when I went to the counter a lady didn't greet me and I had purchased an item with cash she was trying to give me a gift card instead of cash which I didn't want it. As these happened she didn't even care to apologize after she wasted my time. I will never go shop again to the specific location in Midtown Plaza Saskatoon, SK! If you think this is the type of customer service you aim for I feel( personal opinion it is going to badly affect business) Thank you
I returned a couple of items that were received at their warehouse (confirmed via tracking number). 14 business days later I contacted customer service via email because I still hadn't received a refund. I was told my response would be sent to the finance team and that it could take up to 10 business days to hear back. Well, here I am 10 days later and no response. I called the company to ask about it and all they said is that the manager is looking into it and it could take 3 weeks. I've never experienced something like this with any other company. It's absolutely ridiculous. They can see that they received my items (tracking number doesn't lie) so they need to just return my money. Won't be shopping here ever again.
I placed an order with quite a number of items, and generally liked the clothing, though I found everything ran a bit small. The issue came when I went to return two items each costing $20 but I only received back 29.22 back and then an additional bit of sales tax. This made no sense to me as before tax my return should've been $40 so I was still out $10.78 before taxes. I emailed customer service multiple times about this and they never responded to me, I feel like they took my money and ran with it, so I had to escalate the issue with Paypal to get my money back. Overall while the clothing is nice the customer service I received, or rather didn't receive, was awful and I wouldn't recommend shopping with them.
I ordered an item for christmas on NOVEMBER 23,2019. The trancking provided on November 25,2019 stated that canada post received electronic information that a package will be submitted, but the package was never submitted to them. They have charged me for this item and I still have yet to receive it. I opened a ticket on December 6,2019 and STILL have not received a response or resolution to my problem. I would think twice before shopping online with Dynamite because if you don't receive something, you will probably never see your item or your money! I called several times and was placed on hold only to be told, "they are investigating". A simple solution of resending the item or refunding me would be fine and they can investigate on their own. The customer should come first, especially someone who has spend thousands of dollars at their store.
I never received my $600.00 order, but was charged for it om my MC. Called several times for a status, all I got was a run around "we're still investigating"! Worst customer service of all time. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
The worst customer service ever! Can you imagine... I paid extra to have quick shipping and they not only lost my order, they wouldn't reimburse for the lost order, or for the extra shipping, and they wouldn't put me in touch with a manager, the only thing the customer service line could do was put my issue in a cue, so essentially the customer pays the price for any mistakes on their end and they take no responsibility and offer no customer care. Don't shop here!
Answer: VERY difficult. You will wait 20 min to get someone on the phone, and in most cases, no one can help you, you will be place on hold for another 20 minutes only to give you a ticket number and no one will call you back.
