I placed an order for $192.45.
They sent the package to South Carolina - I do not live in South Carolina. I never received what I ordered.
I contacted Customer Service 3 times. They told me I did live in South Carolina, and that I received the package. They refused to refund my money and would not send me the items I had already paid for.
I asked to speak to a Supervisor - there never was one available. They told me one would call me back. No one ever called me back.
They stole my money - I have no items that I ordered and they do not care at all.
I have never dealt with a company that refuses to honor logical terms of purchasing products - you place the order, you pay them, you receive your goods. For Woman Within, you place the order, they steal your money and they do not care if you receive the goods.
I didn't receive anything from you but you charged me l have notified my bank and the fraud Dept will be involved i have the first order was *******543 for around 48.00 next was was around 40 them almost 60.0

Never buy from this company on Amazon they are not trustworthy when it comes to shipping and delivery. Amazon cannot control their stores.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
Poor customer service! They send you coupons galore but site does not allow you to apply them. Very dissatisfied! No help at all when I reached out to them.
I am 3x plus size woman. 3x is a different size depending what country your clothing is coming from. The material is overly dyed and has stained the white plastic on my toilet seat and lid, the edges of my kitchen counters, my white painted vanity doors where my knees touch/rub the doors and inside of my clothes dryer is turning blue. The agitator of my top loading washer always has dye streaks after washing my clothing even in cold water and using Woolite gentle detergent. The tops are shapeless and thy pill quickly, the pants are poorly fitted. If I put the waist band of my petite pants on my waist the crotch hangs down to my knees.

Poor customer service! I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago. Everything I ordered was in a size Large. Their large sizes are actually 18/20 which swallowed me. I am in the process now of returning most of the items I ordered. They advertise a "One Stop" return process where there's no shipping charge, you simply take to the One Stop location and they handle the rest. They advertise an immediate refund. The inexperienced service rep advised me that I needed to take my package to the USPS and have them return it. I asked about the One Stop, preferably UPS and she told me that I would have to pay shipping if returning by UPS. Further, I would have to wait for 2-3 weeks to get my refund. Their enclosed card with the magazine does not indicate this. The rep failed to give me the correct location for using the One Stop method of returning the items, and insisted that I go to the post office. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service that I received and the delay that will be caused because I was not given the correct information. I had even agreed to accept an E-gift card although I would have preferred getting a check for the full amount of my return. I am going to complain to their Corporate Office about this misinformation and request a refund immediately, as promised.
I want a couple of button down, classic Oxford shirts. You used to have great ones. Now, you have these HUGE busy darts that look ridiculous. I have small breasts - the darts are atrocious! Please bring back something we all can wear.

Received incorrect items in my order, called in to have the correct items sent out; and to return the incorrect items. Instead I was charged out a second time -the entire order AND extra things I did NOT consent to ordering. Spent an hour trying to get the exchange corrected, only to be told I needed to be charged a 3rd time and all the while being up-sold on other crap I did NOT want. I ended up cancelling the exchange ( never getting what I paid for and ordered the first time) and waiting to see if the charge falls off my account - if not, I am calling my bank. RUN THE OTHER WAY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. Plus everything they sell,you can get on amazon. Literal, brands and styles all can be found on amazon.
After waiting about a month for my order (the second time I had to ordered.) My first order was cancelled by Woman Within before it was even shipped.
I am happy with the ease of the return. I am even happier to return these trashy ill-made cheap clothes to Woman Within.
What happened to your quality? I have to say I no longer recommend Woman Within to anyone.

These people are awful. They change the price from what is online. My dress is 84.99 and you click on it and they raised it to 129.00. Customer service is awful. I put a picture down there than once you click on those the price raises. And then it would've cost me $35 just to have my dress shipped to me that's ridiculous. Definitely going somewhere else
I am happy with the sweatpants that I got but had no idea I was going to get charged and additional 16.95 for a rewards program that I NEVER signed up for and didn't even know existed. I cancelled the membership and will never order from them again. They sent me a catalog and I can't even find anything in there about an extra fee for a rewards program. Shady business practice for sure!
I ordered one by mistake. I contacted them and they refused to cancel it because it was in process. But other companies can cancel it no matter if it was or wasn't in process.
Woman Within cheated me out of my money. I ordered 2 tops, received 1 and they now are refusing to send the second top unless I order it again and pay more money! This is unethical and I will never ever buy from this company again. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Placed a few orders, credit ran, go online nothing in order history…call customer service get a foreign rep likely India who says she can't check orders site is down and it has been for awhile. Company is shady and overcharges for shipping.

I've ordered a few things from their website over the years, and have returned most of it. I think I've finally learned not to order from them anymore. Their merchandise quality is mediocre at best, and overpriced at that, IMO. I agree with others as to their shipping and return fees being quite ridiculous. I'll give Woman Within a hard pass from now on.
I bought a top as a Christmas gift for $35.91 I noticed today that they added a verification charge of $35.89. I also noticed that shipping costs as much as my order & if I wanted it by Christmas it costs way more than my item. I called their customer support to ask why that charge was there. They said it's for verification & will be reversed after 7 business days from when it was shipped yesterday my receipt says 72 hours not 7 business days thats a false statement & I will report it to the BBB unless something is done. This is Christmas & New Years 7 business days the earliest is the 29th but more than likely it will be January 2nd before I get my money back that they could have charged a dollar for like every other reputable company does. It's a debit card I used there is no need for verification just charge us & don't ship till the charge goes through which also takes forever. I ordered on the 15th the charge just showed processing in my bank today the 20th & verification charge showed yesterday the 19th. I called customer support no help at all & no apology. I asked for a manager & was told they were with another customer they only have 1 manager. Don't order from a company that tells you lies. I have an email that says 72 hours. Also don't order from somewhere that charges so much for verification when it's not needed anymore with today's technology. I want my verification money back now.

Purchased 2 pair of jeans. Ordered my normal size. Both pairs had the size I ordered on them, but were WAY to BIG. I returned the jeans. WomanWithin charged 17$ for sending me the jeans, which I knew the charge when ordered. However, on the return, they deducted 11$ from my refund to cover return shipping. So, in short, cost 28$ to try on 2 pair of jeans.
It is almost impossible to get the correct prices online, even if you order from a catalog you received the same day you order. I have seen prices change in only a few minutes trying to order online. I'd advise calling and tell exactly what you see in your catalog and online. What a shame!
