I definitely think if you're looking to get any of your animals ESA certified you should people do not understand. The role are fur babies playing in our lives and how much they come on nervous system to increase our mood and get us through our daily routine not only are they super cute. I renewed my esa, for months I recieved emails warning me my esa would expire in December and relentlessly asked to renew before my expiration. I waited until the sale because all year i was bombarded with solicitation.

Getting my ESA letters was east and a breeze but I was charged more than what I was supposed to be and now no one will email me back to get this fixed. Definitely not super happy with the process this time. Costumer service has seemed to go down hill a little each year since I first got my pups certified.

The fact that you guys wanna open a different type of browser and then we have to reset our phones to have that type of browser to be our main browser and it's just so confusing and I feel unnecessary when it could just be through a regular browser, but that's just my opinion.

Never felt so pressured! Thought the discount would be great but didn't save much! On a limited income & my ESA is needed but seems to not be enough, they push more expensive items NOT NEEDED after being an ESA client for multiple years! Sad its all about a Profit! If I didn't need the rectification I wouldn't renew! I feel pressured & harassed which is a crying shame for being a chronically ill person 23 years & counting! I trained my dog the first year i signed up! ESA dogs are not allowed at Publix even though I have paperwork, cards & a license but Walmart and other stores people bring their dogs in carts & strollers but disabled people are discriminated so Seriously what gives America? Sorry not a positive review! But its 100% HONEST!

They promise 48 hours for all paperwork to be sent but it was a lot faster. They have checked in with me but email in a daily, and walked me step by step with videos which was a big help!

I wish it had stayed the price of the ESA letter doctor approval and that I didn't have to find out by checking my back account. The only price it had was saying the letter was $99 but they sent me a receipt for $134.

I was able to get this taken care of fast. Now I'm waiting to get my accommodation pprwrk completed but the process has been smooth. Even reached out to a Vet to get info about vaccinations in Texas and Vet recommendations
