A great service but I am disappointed that some of my favourite businesses such as Walmart don't ship to the Stackry address. Every time I enter it, the order will get thrown out.
Charles is great but Amanda couldn't help at all; depends who answers the phone when you need help. Otherwise great service :) Make sure you only reship necessary items this doesn't cover customs just reduces weight to lower the shipping cost. I found some items are worth just buying and paying the company's shipping and duty cost. This service is great for heavy items that dont ship to your country.

Chuck was very helpful in my question. Do appreciate the good service. One thing would be nice would maybe be weekly reminders when you have items at stackry so you don't forget, i know you have them for days left in storage but would be nice for a weekly reminder to get something simple like

Very good, quick and easy and accomodating. Awaiting the package with eagerness.
The process was easy however it would be nice if there were cheaper shipping options. I thought I'd use Stackry to save on the shipping cost of an item I bought from eBay in USA being shipped to Australia. However the cheapest option on Stackry was double the original shipping amount of eBay's global shipping price! I would have been better off just paying for shipping directly through eBay. The original shipping cost through eBay was around $250 AUD however the cheapest shipping amount on Stackry was over $500 AUD! Please offer some cheaper shipping methods. Even if it takes longer, I would rather wait 3-4 weeks to receive an item than have to pay a lot more to receive the item within a week.

If the retailer ships to your country and you do not plan on consolidating with other orders, it may be less expensive to ship through the retailer. We are the perfect fit if you want to shop from multiple retailers and store your items at our warehouse until you are ready to consolidate and ship. I've just used Stackry for the first time and I'm very pleased at the experience so far. I was notified a day after my package arrived at the facility that it was in my locker--with where I purchased it from informing me the day before. The process was really simple with only four steps required to ship the item out from my locker & it went really smoothly. Loved the option to re-pack the item if the original box was too big. Shipping was really affordable, too! If I had paid shipping from the original place my item came from (which they don't offer to the uk), it would have cost at least 2-3 times more. So happy with what it came to for the cheapest option. Will definitely be using Stackry again!
Generally great but 1 lost package (not Stackry's fault) and 1 hit with massive import tax. The other 5 packages sailed through expediantly.
Mixed bag so far. 1st package lost. 2nd package sailed through. 3rd package ended up in Sweden en route to UK where it picked up a hefty customs charge.
Not quite as reliable as I'd like but overall worth it to avoid excess postage and taxes from US to UK. Also since Brexit messed pretty much everything up many US companies don't send to the UK anymore so Stackry solves that problem.
Stackry is always the best! The customer service is great and I know my packages will get to me in good condition.
Stackry is the best reshipper in the market...I have tried others and none are even close for their easy system, their responsiveness when I need help, best pricing. Stackry really is the best...
The service is good, but it would have been better if the package reparation was a little bit faster
