I had a problem with the delivery because I had to sign for my package, and I was never home when UPS came to my home. But, in the end, it was sent to my work address, where I was able to receive my earrings. Thank you!

My experience was terrific! Website easy to navigate and purchasing a breeze. I love my ring but a tad disappointed that the turquoise and gold in the stone was not as bright as in the catalog. I will keep the ring but the "turquoise" could use more "gold" in it. Perhaps the stone are all a bit different? I would return it for more "gold" in the turquoise is available.

Shopping is easy and the delivery time excellent. I do think the photo of my ring made the gems stones look a tad bit bigger. The ring is comfortable. And the ring playful. The gems are not what I expected.

The return process is a bit confusing. I had to return the item and then call customer service to exchange the size. The woman I talked to was very helpful. The exchange was completed quickly. I am very happy with my purchase!

I was in need of multiple sizes of 14 kit Gold Ball Post Earrings and not only did Ross- Simon have exactly what I needed, but they had a great sale on a multi- size three pair set of Gold Ball stud earrings. They are sturdily made and the "butterfly backs" stay securely in place. The sale price was fantastic on this three piece set of earring pairs!

I have purchased around six items and have not been disappointed. This item was not what I expected for such an expensive purchased. I return the item and my usps tracking said you received the package in your P.O. Box on March 8th.

Well, I'm back again with yet another great review! Purchased earrings and a necklace (both with yellow and white CZ's) and I absolutely LOVE them! They actually look regal! High quality at a reasonable price. Why do I have a feeling I'll be giving another positive review pretty soon? Easy! Beautiful jewelery — I purchased the most perfect gold ring with both of my October birthstone's. It's been something I've wanted for awhile, but I never found anything I loved & thought was worth the money until I came across Ross-Simons!

Supposedly correct item, still got wrong item. Ie ordered item in silver, keep receiving gold.
Finally this time a charm for the right item and they tried hard to insure my anniversary wasn't ruined.
Frustrating. But thank you cs for understanding and making it happen

My wife fell in love with the 5ct. Necklace so I bought it for Valentine's Day. I bought the wrong size and was leery about exchanging it in time. Well, to my amazement I exchanged it for a larger size and it arrived just in time. Can't wait to see her face when she opens the box.
