فين ممكن يحصل كدا غير مصر! للاسف الشديد. قمه في الا مبالاه و عدم المسوولية. مكتوب سعر و تروح تدفع تلاقي سعر تاني اغلي الفرق ١٠٠ جنيه و لما تعترض الرد غلطه موظف و عادي بتحصل و لما ترد و تقول لاء مش عادي في اي مكان في الدنيا و المفروض احاسب علي الموجود… مفيش مدير و مفيش اعتذار و كمان لما تبدي الاستياء و تقول انا لازم اشتكى يقولي اتفضلي ؟! هل ده لانه عارف ان الشكوى مبيحصلش فيها حاجه؟ و انه عادي ان الناس تشتكى و ان مفيش حمايه للمستهلك… علي فكره انا مش مبسوطه من المبدا و الفكره والا مبالاه.
Is it ok for bull & bear? Any lead to contact? To push my complain further? Is it normal to shop a trouser with price labeled on with a value of 299 and when I went to pay the cashier said it's 399? He said it's a staff mistake no problem, it happens and full value should be paid and he was so fine to complain. Is it because he was sure that no reaction will take place? Annoying behavior. Is it fine also with pull & bear too?
Shopped here couple of times and actually I can state that these is a basic apparel. There's nothing bad in it, if you want to look stylish enough not to be shy every time you go out, it's a good option.
Prices and shipment are cool. Clothes came on time and I literally paid nothing for it.
AFI Cotroceni Pull & Bear salesman at cash register. Claiming that he fears his bosses, doesn't support a lady to remove the paper label from a t-shirt after she paid it. He claims: "the shop policy doesn't allow"
Pull & Bear managers: helping your customers is not allowed - why? What kind of customer support are you providing? Do you support only money withdrawal? What are your employees trained to fear of at such intensity that they refuse to help a lady to remove a label on her acquired product? What does this say about your values, company statements and about yourself? Customer care or money care?
We just looked for some rings and didn't buy anything and when we want to leave the store the security guard say that he wants to take us somewhere because he see us stealing some rings and put them in our bags but then comes the manager and see that we didn't stole and have nothing in our bags but the security guard did a big scene about it... It was wrong but then they kicked us out of the store. Its not ok to do that.
I recently purchased some items from Pull&Bear and while I liked the trendy styles, I was disappointed with the fit. Some of the items ran small and others were too big. The quality was okay, but not as durable as I had hoped. I also had a difficult time finding items in my size in-store. Overall, I would give Pull&Bear a 3 out of 5 stars. The styles are cute, but the fit and quality could use improvement.
A very long time, I have been a major fan of their clothes, especially their dresses and jumpsuits. I was unable to purchase it since it was too pricey and somewhat outside of my price range, but fortunately, I had this coupon from dig my cart to join the crowd. Warning: 11/10

I've always, without a fail received my orders within 2-3 days, eventho I live in a rural area.
The clothes are always like such good quality it's crazy, they are a bit pricey but that's definitely excusable by the 10/10 material and designs.
Never been scammed or had anything happen to my purchases, and I've ordered everything from shirts to sweaters all the way over to accessories so yea definitely trustworthy and I'd recommend it.
Kinda sad there's no review/rating option on the website and app so I was sceptical at first but I hope I could help anyone who was questioning Pull&Bear's legitness.
Do yourself a favor if you are in the U.S never order from here I paid for fast shipping because I needed this for an event, it never arrived I contacted them & didint tell me or issued a refund after a month of when my order was supposed to be delivered overall I am very dissapointed in their service and their professionalism. I order from many places and usually give them multiple chances, this has happened twice now and am extremely dissapointed. I will never be ordering or buying anything from here again. Harry as well (custumer rep) was not helpful at all and seemed to give some attitude.
I love the products they are such good quality and great price. I recently bought two hoodies and some joggers the joggers fit but the hoodies was too small. I am 6'2''. I ordered the clothes partly with a voucher and partly with my credit card so i had to return. It was quite slow and when i tried to get in contact with customer service they often couldn't help but in the end i managed to get my money back and reorder the hoodies! Overall great clothing but customer service is poor. I also want to say delivery was fast the first time it came next day and then the next time came 3 days later! Very pleased with my clothes.
I ordered a coat on the 11th of October which was due on the the 20-21st of October. So on the 20th I went to track my order and found it was still only in the confirmed stage, then 2 minutes later I had an email saying my cancellation was confirmed. Pull and bear had cancelled my order due to having no stock, bearing in mind this was the day it was meant to come, so essentially they had kept my money for nine days knowing full well they had no stock.
