I had a terrible experience buying Aeropostale loungeware from Ross. One leg is shorter than the other. It's unfortunate that companies that used to be big would manufacture and sell a garment with such a major flaw, pass quality control, and be offered to customers.
Ordered some pants, returned them and never got my refund… then they issued me gift cards even though I paid with Apple Pay visa. Many attempts at calling and chatting and emailing they all say yes it was refunded to your visa! Nope you gave me two e-gift cards! Finally got someone to say oops and they would mail me a check and still over a month later I haven't seen it.
I ordered 2 pairs of men pants, I received only one. Called customer service, they promised to send me a refund. It was 3 weeks ago still didn't get anything. Called them and they said they have problem with financial department. Very bad customer service.
I have called a few times and have spent anywhere from 30 mins to 48 mins on hold, eventually I hang up as they never answer the phone. The chats are like talking to by 5 year old grandson, they have what seem to be generic answers, and cant give you any specific answer. I will never buy anything from this brand again. Terrible experience.
Ups has a tracking number and it was picked up and supposed to be sent to me by USPS. I NEVER RECEIVED IT.i called customers service...I've never been more unhappy with any company...customer service is the worst I've ever talked to. Absolutely disgusted. They are the worst do not buy from them
It's terrible that there's no -1 star rating here. This clothing company does not even deserve 1 star. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Their customer service is very unhelpful. I cancelled my purchase less than 2 hours after making a purchase because I did not receive any confirmation email whether my purchase went thru or not. When I called their customer service, they said they will cancel it and refund within 3-5 biz days which they did not. No email confirmation again about this request, i called again after 4 days and was advised that there's nothing that they can do anymore because the order has been shipped already. Asked for a supervisor and the supervisor was rude.
Purchased a pair of sunglasses in June 2023.
In July 2023,1.5months later I noticed the lenses on both the left and right sides kept falling off the frame with any movement.
Sent emails to customer service, called a few times, waited for what seems forever to get an agent, only to get the run around from one agent to another and then they hung up.
I called back and finally someone who barely spoke english said we have no warranty!
There you have it, everything they sell is designed to be thrown away due to the extreme poor quality.

While we were leisurely strolling into the store, having a delightful time, we encountered a pleasant-looking blonde woman. However, I can't help but feel that she might be a sociopath after what transpired in this distressing incident. My friend decided to try on a shirt worth only four dollars. Upon handing it to the aforementioned blonde girl, for some inexplicable reason, she forgot that my friend had given it to her. Consequently, the store employee began harassing her, demanding to know its whereabouts. Despite my friend maintaining a calm demeanor, she politely explained that she had already handed it over and was unaware of its current location. Nevertheless, the store employee persistently accused her of shoplifting. It is not our responsibility that this store employs incompetent staff, and as a result, we have decided not to patronize this establishment in the future.
I want to cancel an order I placed 10 minutes ago and I've been on hold for over 50 minutes so far to talk to an agent. All I want to is cancel my order but there is no button or anything that will allow me to do that on the website so my only option is to call customer service and wait probably hours to talk to someone.
I did not receive my package they told me I will get a refund soon as my package got back to them I been tracking the package when they got the package I called that was two weeks ago still not giving me my money back. I been on hold over hour off and on for the last few days. I am still fighting for my refund. Will never order from them again
