From the beginning I found this website to be easy site to navigate. It was landed out good to enter what my eye doctor recorded for my prescription.
Was able to get my prescription verified and ordered was placed. It's all worth placing my prescription for my contacts. Received an email to confirm that my contacts prescription been approved and ordered. Received my contacts in a timely manner and have been so satisfied with the contacts and their quality.
I should not have to type anything. It's aggravating enough to have to put your star rating and everything else before you're able to submit whether or not you were happy with your service or that you received it.
These are my first lenses and I was confused with my order. Have to say that the customer service was excellent. They helped me to figure out what I need and cancel my first order, all was performed promptly and in polite manner.
I have used lens.com before very successfully. I will certainly order from you again. The only struggle I had was understanding the very nice young man. I was talking to his English was a little rough.
I was sent the wrong prescription. Fortunately I checked before I opened the box. I called and send my lenses back and had to wait over 3 weeks total to finally get my correct prescription lenses. Very frustrating, and I wish they could have expedited shipping my lenses the second time.
I ordered my lenses and wanted overnight delivery, which was not available during the ordering process. I called in and was told they could do it for me. But something happened and they had to cancel that order. So the next day I called in again to re-order and do overnight delivery. Was told overnight delivery would have to be done the next day and just to call in and get it done and The lady I was speaking with told me She would call me back the next morning to get it done. She did call me back and charged me however I got the email order confirmation and it said standard delivery. So I called the office and they said they would give me a refund which I have not received yet.
After I had made a mistake and ordered 2 boxes Biofinity contacts of each eye, I called Lens.com and they were very helpful. They cancelled the order and placed another order for only one box for each eye. I then got the refund within 2-3 days. I couldn't be more satisfied with how Lens.com helped to solve my issue in a timely fashion.
The ordering process went very smoothly and quickly. I like that they use your prescription which they keep on file, or that they will contact your doctor on your behalf. That speeds up the ordering process. The customer service is excellent!
I am wondering about the authenticity of my contact lenses. I ordered 2 boxes. I box was usual packaging. The second was different - different shade of blue, the codes were on different sides and the font on the actual contact lens pod was different. Looked like a dupe.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
