Every time I go to order contacts from this site there is always an issue. Today I couldn't update my payment with a card that I know works to resubscribe my account. Once they also shipped my contacts to the incorrect address and refused to refund me for it.
I signed up to a 'FREE TRIAL', obviously they charged the £1 delivery which is fine. I have not received a single form of communication from them since. I haven't received the 'free trial' product.
They have now charged me £30?! For What?
I can't access any online account because they haven't sent me any emails to confirm my account. I've tried their online chat, but just get told I'll get email replies. I Doubt that will happen since I haven't received any emails from them so far.

I've been going through Hubble for years and had no complaints up to this point.
As of late though, they have sent me the wrong prescription and have not sent my monthly order twice in a row while still charging me. I've had to call and go online to get it sorted out, with zero resolve. I've asked to speak with someone that will actually do their job and get me my contacts and they just avoid letting me speak with someone with some actual weight that would try to make it right. I've been without contacts for at least a month while keep getting told that they are being shipped. I have had to miss work because I can not see properly to do my job accurately, as other problems that come with not being able to see properly. I'm now being told through email that my order will be shipped within 3-5 days when the representative told me they could ship it within 2 days. So… still no resolve. I leave for vacation tomorrow with two of my days being work related and am being told they will ship them there. Fingers crossed someone does their dang job and I receive what I have paid for multiple times, in time to actually see while out of town. SMH
Highly disappointed, extremely frustrated, and now looking up local optometrists to visit once I get back home to avoid any further bullcrap with this company.
At this point I feel like the company should take what ever measures to insure I have what I need after waiting for two shipment to arrive that we're never shipped to begin with, not just tell the customer that they can only try to get them within 3-5 days. Seriously, where is their work ethic as a company/management.
I used to love Hubble. I have used them for years and suggested them to many people. I will say they must have switched shipping services. I know they currently use ups innovations now and I have had my last two shipments "have issues in shipping." Both times I have had to complain and got the "shipping is not in our control." Now I could give grace for this happening once, but twice in a row...NO. Basically, now both shipments in total took over 20 days to arrive to me. I used to have them arrive within 5 days. That is unacceptable. I basically go those 20 days with no contacts which is pretty awful. I am not asking for much, but maybe when a re-shipment is needed to be sent a customer service agent could have the ability to send it two day shipping... What I got is, I am sorry there is nothing we can do it is not our fault and your shimpent may arrive within the next 5-7 business days. I need to find a new contact service...
I had a terrible experience with hubble.ai. The website was plagued with technical difficulties during the checkout process, which wasted a lot of my time and caused frustration. The customer service was equally disappointing, with slow response times and unhelpful representatives who seemed indifferent to my concerns.
I might as well just put shards of glass in my eyes because these are exactly what they feel like. If you want to buy from Hubble thinking they are a cheaper option, don't.
They made me take an eye exam three different times because they wouldn't except the exam I gave them. Then the doctor chose to not help me. I was told Hubble wasn't the right choice for me. When I reviews the eye exam their doctor had written it backwards. Save your time go with a competitor.
Son las peores lentillas que he probado. Te las pones y se mueven por el ojo continuamente, sintiendo molestias continuas. He intentado ponermelas en varias ocasiones desde que las compre y en todas ellas no he llegado a salir de casa con ellas puestas porque no las aguantaba. Al final he desistido de intentarlo y he terminado tirando las cajas enteras.He intentado dejar una reseña en su web pero no da opción a ello.
I'd rate -5 if I could cause from the contacts to the customer service, I've had the worst time with this company. The contacts hurt after awhile and leave your eyes feeling dry as hell and it always feels uncomfortable. The customer service phone lines and chats are all useless cause they don't know anything either. If they say they'll direct you to a higher management or that someone will call you to resolve a problem, it's a lie because there is no number to call nor is there anyone that's going to call you. I hope they do better in the future but I'm very disappointed with this company.
This company continues to try to charge my account even after I cancelled my subscription! I have emailed them multiple times with no response! Contacts are ok but acuvue is what I switched back to. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH HUBBLE, THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING YOU IF YOU CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION! RUN RUN FAR FAR AWAY
I just got contacts for the first time and everything was going great EXCEPT These do NOT rip, I tried.
You sign up for a trial then you realize then don't make the base curve according to your prescription because they're limited so cannot wear the contact lens. You look for option to cancel but because they desperately needed money you have to call them. On top of that they don't refund. DONT try them.
HIGHLY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I canceled my subscription weeks ago and today I am charged twice and I am being told they wont refund it. And I am told they have 2 separate subscriptions for me since I have one back in 2019 (which was canceled on early 2020 and I was my charged and did not receive any contacts for over 6 months) but now the customer service rep tells me I'm being charged for BOTH subscriptions at once they the 2019 subscription was never canceled. Complete BULLS#*T
Great product like the monthly subscription I feel like overall they could be more comfortable my eyes feel tired after a long day
Quality has been great; very comfortable and clear packaging. Prices are good. I always get my new shipment in plenty of time. It's been very stress-free being a customer for the past two years.
I love the clear vision I get with these contacts. I find these packages arrive far too frequently. I don't think I used this many pairs with my old provider, and I have 8(!) unopened boxes piling up on my bathroom counter. PS: I do love the price
This is the only way to use contacts.on delivery and fresh everyday... I love hubble easy, convenient and doesn't break the bank⁉it's the only way to go
Canceling the subscription is very difficult. They demand you call their customer service rather than a simple cancelation via their website or through email. I have emailed them multiple times asking to stop charging my card and they will not allow it.
The contacts are overly thin in comparison to their competition, Aveo, Waldo. So with my having them be so thin it causes my eyes to dry out faster than normal, so that then causes me not to be able to wear them all day.
The quality is okay, there always seems to be some kind of floating particles in the solution, weird but not harmful as far as I can tell.
Overpriced for what you get for sure. I ended up getting better quality and way better price at Costco.
The contacts are great, the are super soft unlike others which feel like you're wearing a piece of glass on your eyes, these feel super comfortable and I can wear them all day!
Answer: Really difficult. Be ready for the worst customer service you will have ever experienced
