Our water heater went out… called Home Safe immediately. They made every attempt to find a plumber to take care of it. It took a day or so to find someone to come out but eventually we got our water heater replaced. Now… to bathe. They were quick to reimburse payment!🥳

I have highly pleased with Home Safe Home Warranty. They work with me in getting the needed servicer. If they do not have a local servicer for my problem they will let me select my own. Either way I have been highly satisfied and have had no recalls due to a fix failing. Give them a go and you can be satisfied as well!

I called to find out why only a monthly payment was processed instead of a 6-month payment in February. I found out that I had to call in to make the payment. I called I believed on 3-10-25 to make the 6-month payment.

After speaking with claims management concerning the repairs needed for my oven, I was pleased how she listened and understood the ordeal and quickly assured me that I would have what I needed for the repairs.
