Order something on the 28/10. Waited till the 31/10 and still no info about it being shipped so emailed them, got a response and the email I was waiting for conveniently at the same time. One team member saying it had been shipping so dont worry and attached she sent my tracking number. The shipment email didnt even have a tracking number. Entered the tracking number numerous times and it didnt work. Its the 7/11 now and I still havnt received my item and tracking still dosnt work. Will be interesting to see how much longer it will take. If the items amazing and good quality I still wont order again from this site for the unprofessional shipping
