Don't know why folks don't read a stores return policy before buying? This is a boutique, that are limited on the amount of items they get, they do sell out sometimes! That's why you can return for another size! You get a credit and then you can re-order if they have it. I've never had anything shrink or had bad quality. Not sure why folks are complaining when it seems like it's their fault for not doing the research! I will continue to buy from them!

I received my shipment of clothing for the first time from this US business, hoping for amazing plus size clothing. What a disappointment. Clothing is cheaply made, but prices don't reflect the cheap quality of clothing. I ended up giving the items away to goodwill as I didn't want to pay shipping fees to return the items. I was charged shipping on the clothing and then just recently received another shipping invoice with additional shipping charges the company asks FedEx to send to the buyer. In all, shipping to Ontario was well over $100.00 now for 3 tops? Seriously

Seriously think twice before ordering from this company. If I could go with a star rating I would leave it a ZERO

I have come across multiple items on this website that are also sold at other online boutiques I understand a business must increase prices in order to make a profit however a difference of $19 is absolutely disgusting and happens way too often on Chic Soul.

I used to LOVE purchasing clothes from Chic Soul. Finding quality, nice, flattering clothes in bigger sizes is harder than I expected. The first 18 months everything I ordered was good quality and exactly what I ordered. The last several times I've ordered, I have been SOOOO disappointed. The quality of the clothes are HORRIBLE now. Paper thin with no shape or structure. Sizes are off (and they used to be spot on). I am so sad Chic Soul didn't "start out like they could hold out". Not sure what happened, but I will not be ordering again. Even if you don't like what you order, you can pay to return it and can only get a store credit.

Beware of their REFUND Policy. As a first time costomer, I was very disappointed when I recieved my order. The clothes I recieved were poor quality and did not fit they way I would like. So, I went to return them. I was disapointed that I had to pay for shipping back to them. I was even more disapointed that I only recieved a gift card for the return. I will not be buying from this store again!

I am constantly looking for new things/items/clothes to try and Chic Soul has popped up in my browser on several occasions. I finally decided to give them a try and purchased a top. Standard shipping for them is between 3-5 days but I received my shirt in two days! I would think if I had a huge order it may take longer but I believe 3-5 is pretty reasonable. They allow free shipping after you spend $100 or more, which is nice because they are not the cheapest clothes to purchase.

The quality of the clothes themselves was nice, very soft and I could have sized down I believe. I did not have to return my item but it should be noted that if you do have to return any items you only have 30 days to do so and they only give back store credit. So if your shirt costs $50 you can expect store credit to purchase another item(s) instead of a refund to your credit card or cashback. I don't think it is that big of a deal, but if someone doesn't read it online or the return label that they send with the clothes then I can see unhappy customers with that. It is also important to read the measurements and clothing descriptions as they will tell you if the material has any give or what material it is.

I would definitely recommend their clothes.

The sizing is so wrong and the pricing is ridiculous for the quality of the items. I believe this site is a scam.
