I submitted a request for expedited Sales Permit. Their website said it would be 24 hours. I sent several emails, website messages, and tried to call. Only one response that it would be done in 24 hours. Several days later still nothing and no other response. Requested refund, but doubt that I will receive it.
I paid them $149, they asked to upload the registered mail receipt, kept saying we can't open the file while computer would tel me "success" I emailed them what do I do, never heard from them back.
They are very shady, unfortunately there is no law and order in this world to stop scammers.
