They don't have a customer service, which means that if you were to be charged by them and filed a dispute it wouldn't go through because theres no way to contact them. This site is essentially a scam all the way and doesn't ever get back to you. No email, phonenumber or anything. They will charge your account and never refund you. On top of that, you can't even access the account. I've tried multiple times and got nowhere. So stay away from it and go somewhere more reliable.
In September 2017, I signed up for a free trail to help with mileage log. I cancelled or attempted to cancel within the month. Beginning in March 2018, then August 2018, and now September 2018 My credit card was charged at a rate of $63 CN. The company has not returned multiple emails to correct this situation. They continue to charge my credit card monthly. Do not use or give your credit card to ExpressMileage.

As an Uber / Lyft driver, I drive a LOT and wanted to make sure I received my tax credit for this driving. I made two logs (one for last year and previous year) and was able to download them in PDF format and submit with my tax returns. My tax credit for last year for driving was $*******! Can't wait to get my rebate check!
Kept adding up different logs mileage together. They wanted 1 year of payment ( but showed a monthly fee) obviously knowing the site is not very reliable. I want my money back!
Paid them $250 and I never got anything in return. I've contacted them to try to get my money back and nobody ever responds. Fake site! Buyer Beware!
