I wrote an earlier review expressing my admiration of Eastern Serenity's designs, but my displeasure with the durability of one pair of earrings I bought a few years ago, and also with my reviews on their website not being posted. I am very impressed and happy now to share that my negative review was quite quickly responded to, and the gentleman who contacted me was genuinely concerned and eager to do what was necessary to make things right. His earnest concern over my issues were very refreshing, and he more than made up for the problems.
I was always loathe to complain publicly about Eastern Serenity, since I have been a customer for over ten years and am a big fan of their designs, so I am delighted to be able to amend my previous negative review with an enthusiastic 5 stars, and a big smiley face, for customer service that is truly top notch, and designs that have always been lovely and original.
When I called in an order, I got one of the managers who was super helpful with sizing info, color matching and was generally very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not sure if you get that type of service with every call, but they're a small, friendly company. My clothing outfit fit great, but I get the feeling if it didn't, they'd have fixed the problem pretty handily, though.
I had a fun time with these guys. My husband really enjoys the men's people uniform( his second set, first one was black). We originally ordered it one size too large and it was so large it was cartoon funny, but they very quickly and efficiently corrected the problem. A real pleasure having real people to speak with and who call you back==pleasant people! Kudos to them all.

Ordered the Dragonfly brooch. VERY disappointed. The one I received is mostly a dull grayish brown and nothing like the vibrant colored one they use as an example. Only offer store credit for returns - should have checked return policy before ordering. Don't think I will be trying anything else from their catalog.
I ordered Del Sol Palazzo pants from Eastern Serenity and they were comfortable and also stylish at the same time. Good price and real hand-made. I got them pretty quickly and the people on the phones were working there, not at some call center. Small, friendly company.
WARNING!: Problem; Purchased set of earnings and they kept falling off they were defective because of poor quality. Action: Contacted customer service and they dismissed the claim, I left negative feedback. Reaction: Owner calls me up and asks for removal of comments in return for a new pair of earrings. Follow-up: I removed comments & Contacted the company a ½ dozen times to speak with owner never called me back or emailed me. Terrible customer service run by teenagers.
Not only did they make great earrings for my mom's Mother's Day gift, they also helped me cancel an order when I accidentally bought two, AND they followed up when someone else complained about that product to make sure mine was ok. Awesome all around!
I ordered leather necklace cords from Eastern Serenity and they were a great value. I got them pretty quickly and they work perfectly for what I need. The people on the phone work with the company and not some call center. Small company and friendly people.
I was the lucky winner of a sweepstakes and was able to order a variety of products for my home and for gifts. My nieces loved the silver earrings. My daughter loved the clothing, especially the elephant pants. I chose bolster pillows in small and large sizes. They are very comfortable and look great in my house.
I have been gifted many pieces of Eastern Serenity's jewerly and love them all! They have an eclectic selection ranging from speciality jems to everyday pieces for women of all ages. I love my ear climbers and toe rings for casual days and my superconductor bracelet for nights out on the town.
