Logan was great. He walk me through all of the helmet sizes and what helmets were designed to do. Explain to me how to go about picking the right fit helmet, how to tell if it's too tight or too loose.
I love Cycle Gear! In person and online. This was a very easy shopping experience and I love that the jacket will be in the store for me to pick up so quickly. Note: My jacket arrived a day early. It is perfect and I love it! The service in the store when I picked it up was also excellent, as always. Cycle Gear is my go-to place for all my riding gear!
I was in the market for a Giant Loop tank bag, and noticed that it was available from CycleGear. After applicable discounts, I was able to save a good bit over direct purchase from Giant Loop, and it arrived quickly. Thanks for helping me to outfit my ride for some more adventures this year!
I didn't like that when using the shop my ride feature, it didn't automatically apply at the top search bar when looking for a product. Instead I had to click shop my ride, wait for it to refresh, and then search using the specific search bar.
Very accomadating. When I went to pick up my order it was all there. I was able to try on my gloves and shoes to make sure they fit properly.
That waybincould level them there instead of mail them back.
I was looking to purchase Alpinestars boots but came across the rst and like the look of them more. The transaction was easy, quick and I received the boots in no time at all. I will continue to buy from them online. Highly recommend.
I ordered two sizes took the other one back they returned it no problem. They are pretty stiff. I did use mink oil to help soften. It might take a couple tries comfortable boots. A little tight on the top of my foot might take some time to break in otherwise they look nice. They seem like nice quality and shopping at cycle gear is always a pleasant experience.
I chose a Street & Steel mission moto riding flannel shirt. I tried on merchandise in store, actually found my size!
I ended up ordering online, with hopes of more color options. Will definitely be going back into store.
Trust is important, I've got lots of things from cycle gear. Besides a product itself potentially being defective. Or average consumer experiences. This is a good group to buy from. Motorcycles are a great hobby of mine and they make it safer and more enjoyable with all type of rider products.
I have never walked in to a cycle gear and came out with anything other than great service. They are always ready to spend time with you to answer questions or show how something works or even install a couple of com units.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
