I ordered 2 boxes of Profender for cats received 8/13/24. They sent boxes dated Jan and Feb 2023 respectively. Product will expire in 5 and 6 mos. I will not be able to use all of this product before it expires and spent $65.33 I've asked for half to be refunded and if they do not do that, I will dispute with my card company.
So happy I found this site. I had always ordered from Australia before. I do hope it doesn't take too long to get my order though.
Well still waiting on my order. 8 days later and just hit customs from SINGAPOR. Nothing about CANADA. IN that time, my dog passed away. Lucky I still have a dog left to take the flee meds but this is ridiculous. Don't lie to people on where it comes from so we know give it a month to arrive. Not it will be here in 7-10 days.
I have been using this product for many years. I've never had a problem with it. My dogs have never been allergic to it and it works great. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I ordered my product 01/12/23. It said normal delivery is 7-10 business days. It has now been over 30 business days. They have a 21 day guarantee to refund your money if not received. When I contacted customer service they put me off until the 02/20. Not helpful at all
Ordered pet meds on November 24, but they never showed up. The tracking number given does not show in USPS. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund my money because it was more than 21 business days, but the refund has not made it onto my credit card. This company is not based in Canada. They told me they were shipping from the UK. I don't have any problem with shipping from the UK, but I don't like that the website is misleading and falsely suggests that they are based in Canada. On a positive note, they have responded to each of my emails. I can live with it if I get my refund, but I'm a little frustrated that it is taking such a long time. I would've taken advantage of a black Friday deal with another company if I I knew my meds were either not shipped or gone missing. Hopefully I will not need to open a credit card dispute. It is now over a month since I ordered.
I placed an order on 29 June. The confirmation stated the product would ship in one business day, It didn't ship in a week. No explanation, the status just showed as being processed. Really bad service!
CanadaPetCare is an easy to use website with a very supportive customer care team. The company offers top brands at least prices. I have bought pet stuff a couple of times and would like to buy more from here.
My first order with CanadaPetCare was before a year and since then I have trusted no other site other than this one. I had started with frontline plus, you know just for checking its authenticity as they provided the branded products at unbelievably low prices. Well, the order arrived on time in the same package that was described. Frontline Plus was 100% authentic and it shooed away the fleas very effectively. Since then, I have only had positive experiences with them, in context of effectiveness of products and their deliveries. I thought it would be very unfair of me to not appreciate their team. Thank you CanadaPetCare! You have made pet parenting a lot more easier with your prices and quality of products.
Initially I was a bit circumspect of purchasing pet products from an online medium. But this company made me change my perception about online shopping. Not only are these guys one of the best when it comes to price, but they are also good in terms of having a wide array of qualitative and branded pet products. I always thought that affordable prices means compromising on product quality. But this company changed my perception. I received the products in excellent condition within a week of placing the order. Since then it has been six wonderful months and I have never looked back at a pet store located in my vicinity.

Answer: Your order has a tracking number. Just click on it and it will show you the tracking for it. I kept a very close eye on mine and it came exactly as tracked. Right to my door. I also ordered Brovecto and it's exactly the same as the vet.
