I booked 3 tickets for a direct flight end of May. I got the same message everyone else did that you need to call to confirm. I called and was very hesitant to find out that the extra amount I was charged was to for my carry on to be included in my ticket...Guess what it was still for basic economy for no carry on. Now I'm fighting with them for a refund they told me was processed the day before my flight so I could pay my checked baggage. I would NEVER USE them again. It's been a run around process, and I even asked them before the confirmation I was hesitant, but Shane reassured me it was good, and he was taking care of all my needs...Well you can see where this is going. Also then we were told this could be a stand by flight.
At first I was really frustrated with a misunderstanding of my tickets but this customer service agent managed to calm me down and explain to me the process. He made my booking much better and less confusing. Justin thank you for my day of craziness and despair from car rental, to hotel that day and you having the patience to give me a great deal. My apologies.
I had to reschedule a flight that never got confirmed and Justin was wonderful in getting us a new flight, being courteous, and very helpful and understanding. Everybody could learn from Justin's professionalism and kind mannerisms.
They offer you a good price, send you a confirmation that's not true. After that they tell you can't have the tickets for the price, so you have to pay more, if no you lost the previous money you paid. My was $688.72 after $1165
Very unprofessional. Had a feeling I was getting scammed and should've hung up. After continuing with the booking I contacted airlines to confirm the ticket was real. It was but booking ace charged me $206 more Than the receipt the airline sent me. DO NOT USE this company

Found site by chance. Was a bit confused about booking online so I called the number. Glad I did. Online bookings may be standby and not confirmed. By calling, I spoke to a live agent, Jay who was able to find me a fare that was significantly lower than booking directly online with the carrier. It did take more than 24 hours to confirm and receive etickets which concerned me at first but it was worth the wait. Flights are confirmed with the airline, etickets sent and we are good to go. Worth trying. I was satisfied in the end and saved about $350 per ticket.
