Decided to really splurge and look for a high end television...went with an LG G3 2023 model. Out of stock with Best Buy, $3600 on many sites. Found it on GreenToe for $2900 and purchased it. GreenToe apparently is a middle-man company that pairs your order with a end seller, and I was paired with BeachCamera.com. I immediately felt like "no way is a company called BeachCamera.com an authorized LG reseller..." Checked with LG USA website and wow, they were listed. Still, I chatted with LG chat support an hour later and asked them...they confirmed BeachCamera is authorized and I captured the entire chat for reference. Ok excited now, so called BeachCamera to track my order...it took a few phone calls for someone to pick up but when they did they were helpful and the experience was good. So far so good - I will update (if I remember to since I never normally post reviews) once the item arrives.
I purchased a LG G3 83". I am happy to say that everything turned out better than expected. When I had a question by email, it was answered immediately and efficiently. Thank you for a good buying experience.
I had only pleasant experiences with Reynold in our interactions on the phone while he's been supporting me throughout a purchased TV issue. I can really sense the personal interest he has for me as a customer while goes above and beyond to help resolve my issue. He's never patronizing or unsympathetic on the phone or in emails. Hope I can continue to work with him until my issue is ultimately resolved.

I ordered a $300 watch from them, and no shipment was generated. After countless emails and calls to "customer service" with 0 response, I am convinced this company is a front and advise anyone to stay away. I will be filing complaints with feds and seeking a fraud claim.

The TV arrived quickly and was packaged incredibly well to prevent any damage in shipping. I was very happy with the purchase experience and delivery of the item. Ordered a milk frother. Was listed as "label printed" until today. Despite frequent attempts to see what was delaying it, no response. Today I finally contacted Amazon, still no reply from BeachCamera, and is now listed as arriving on Dec.19. Was due today. No information given, no response to questions and who knows if I will get it on time for Christmas. I'll never order from them again.
Reached out to Beach Camera to get some information on my shipped item. Lariza T-G assisted me and was very professional, and got me all my information in less than a few minutes. So far my experience with Beach Camera has been really good. I will update the review after receiving my item.
Answer: Buyer Beware- Beach Camera Same Day Shipping is claiming "no restocking fee" in this situation. My personal experience was "no refund/ no response", despite fact they sent "used/ refurbished" item when I purchased "like new". They acknowledge by offering $26 discount to "deal with it", and ignored all contact when I didn't accept. Tons of stuff online about them regarding "scams".
