Many negative customers relations reviews make me uneasy about purchasing any refurbished products from you. Do you really charge a restocking fee for a refurbished product that is received still defective?

Buyer Beware- Beach Camera Same Day Shipping is claiming "no restocking fee" in this situation. My personal experience was "no refund/ no response", despite fact they sent "used/ refurbished" item when I purchased "like new". They acknowledge by offering $26 discount to "deal with it", and ignored all contact when I didn't accept.
Tons of stuff online about them regarding "scams".

Once we receive the item, you will receive a refund in full. We do not charge a restocking fee on the item.
