My understanding is the software allows multiple user to enter data, is that right? Can data be imported and exported. On a scale of 1- 10 with 10 being the hardest, how easy or hard is the software to use? Is tech support responsive in the event we have a glitch on the day of the actual event.

Yes, that is correct. You may have several users logged in at the same time to enter data. Data import is available for Donors, Bidders, and Volunteers. Items are not able to be imported. We strive to be very intuitive and hope that the use of the software rates a 10. We are always here to help. Our business hours are Mo-Fr 9 to 5 Eastern. We also provide 24/7 emergency support services.

Yes, but there is only one Manager login with others being sub logins, without all the bells and whistles. I would rate it a 1 for ease of use and for import/export capabilities. We didn't have any glitches but they seem to be responsive when I have had questions.
