Yes, that is correct. You may have several users logged in at the same time to enter data. Data import is available for Donors, Bidders, and Volunteers. Items are not able to be imported. We strive to be very intuitive and hope that the use of the software rates a 10. We are always here to help. Our business hours are Mo-Fr 9 to 5 Eastern. We also provide 24/7 emergency support services.

We focus on non-profits, but we have many customers who use our platform without a non-profit status or even for commercial reasons. Our customers include the US State Department, Oscar Meyer, and many other companies and individuals.

Answer:
Yes, that is possible. We have looked into your issue and fixed it. There was something wrong with the email address. Your user should now be able to login. We have also sent you an email with the login information.
