Is it possible to have multiple users for Bidding Owl account? I've tried to add a user, but have had no success.

Yes, but there is only one Manager login with others being sub logins, without all the bells and whistles.

Yes, that is possible. We have looked into your issue and fixed it. There was something wrong with the email address. Your user should now be able to login. We have also sent you an email with the login information.
