I reported Zandeep Kumar which is a real estate agent associated with Zillow, for a harassing and delusional email I received from him this morning. I was considering on renting a property through this agent, I accepted a job offer in Virginia I am currently living in Florida. I did not get the job in Virginia I informed him that via text i gave him a 500.00 deposit but I did not sign ANY lease because I no longer needed the apartment. I lost my deposit which is understandable, but I am extremely confused and uncomfortable by his email I received today saying that rent is due and to please pay in order to avoid any penalties. I never stepped foot into that property and I never put my signature on anything, he was very adamant on renting this property to me but I was not able to take it, I have proof from our text that I never moved forward with this apartment he also said in the text that he understood and he will find another tenant. This is a very serious situation, and I will take any legal steps necessary if he decides to proceed with any kind of penalty.
Zillow is reckless with its home values. I am in a market of little change. They appear to be trying to force a market swing downward for their investors. They dropped my home value by ******* online in just a period of 3 months. Reckless. Even the bank value who is very conservative is 20,000 higher than theirs. Now all the people they sold to are in the hole.
You can't ask a question without getting inundated with calls. I was looking at a property and a question was not addressed. The only way to get information is "contact the agent" and it isn't even the listing agent. It is any vulture that wants to reach out to you. Even when I specifically said to contact me via email, I was fielding calls all morning at work. Why make this so hard?
I have a home listed incorrectly on Zillow. I have called multiple times and my Realtor has attempted to contact them as well. Neither of us have been successful despite the message- We will get back with you shortly. We are going to miss out on multiple views due to Zillows error. I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath home which Zillow has listed as a 1/1. I understand mistakes happen but have the means to correct the mistake. This is completely unprofessional and going to cost me in the end.
I set up at tour date. They had computer contact me. Then they had a computer call me. I don't talk to computer so I hung up. Someone who was not in the area called me she was on the other side of the state. Express my concerns they were more concerned about selling. I felt like I was the monkey in the middle. I told the computer,I would get my own realtor
A long time ago, we had someone had came into our house and took pictures of the inside of our house and we have found it on Zillow.com. We are very confused on why our house is the only house on Zillow having pictures taken on the inside. We, my parents and I are really not OK with our house being on Zillow.com. So if y´all can take our house off of Zollow.com, that would be great. Thanks.
I have just paid my last monthy extortion with Zillow. After 8 months, agents attending all recommended seminars and almost $20,000 here is the breakdown of my outcome.
1. Sales 0
2. Listings 0
3.Leads that have a great shot of buying and or selling 0
4.Leads that have a small amount of buying or selling 0
It's too late for me save yourself a lot of time and money run from Zillow.
Zille is posting untrue information about people's remaining mortgages. They're lie to the public and don't update information on their website. They are not reliable site.
We became Zillow Premier agents 5/29/24. Our first experience was a showing "no show," that was double booked with another Zillow agent, at the same property, 30 minutes prior. Agent support could not explain how this could happen. We agreed to paying $800/month for 4 leads who Zillow said would be verified pre-screened, pre-qualified leads that are ready to buy and are requesting to book appointments. This lead counted as one. With multiple calls, emails, and an escalation to supervisors, Zillow still has no explanation how this happened. They have now credited $250.00 for this one lead. In 2 months, we have had 2 bookings, both no shows. 2 calls were customers who already have agents, 2 calls were customers who requested to speak with listing agent only, 1 who pushed button to speak with for sale by owner, and none who were pre-qualified or ready to buy. In addition, we had multiple messages that we had missed a Zillow connection call, though our phones did not ring. We connected two phones to our account to ensure that we didn't miss calls and troubleshooted re-uploading app, resetting phone options, etc. and could still not answer calls once they did ring. Each of these went against our answer % rate and showed as missed or declined. When we received other calls they repeatedly failed to connect though we answered every time. We reported this multiple times through calls and emails and requested a refund. Agent support assured us that they were working to resolve and app was being updated and problem was being reported to their engineers then committed to follow up but would not return calls nor have ever provided compensation. Each failed lead was a missed opportunity to connect with a potential client which is impossible to put a price on. None of this was due to our phone system or lack of understanding how to answer. Our phone works perfectly for our other leads and clients every other day. Our phones are our business. We looked at a lot of reviews on other platforms and now realize how bad it is. We wanted to do this review to help any other agents thinking of become a premier agent. Don't waste your money it's a scam.

I usually love Zillow for shopping new properties and deals however upon trying to review an unscrupulous realtor I found that they are shielding Realtors using their premium service from some negative reviews. I've submitted eight different times honest and will tempered review of one specific realtor and every time there's a new reason they won't accept it. I'm just putting this out there be wary, they are known in some of the real estate forums to do this.
Answer: All Zillow does is collect your information and when you stop paying or refuse to pay for awful service they send fraudulent trolls pretending to be a potential tenant, buyer, seller that provides no identification to post negative reviews! Zillow is a terrible website!
Answer: Why would you expect a call from the buyer. All buyers, if they want things done proper way, their lawyer/rep/realtor will call you. So, when you do a for sale by owner, you are saying, you don't have a lawyer to represent you, but the buyer will.
