I asked the moderator to intervene and try to take action against the accounts in question so they at least will be penalized in order to protect the Zeerk community from fraudulent behavior from the sellers.

To my surprise, the moderator was pathetic to say the least. He had no level of customer service and did not take action although I had solid proof.

I left the site at a loss due to the fraud that occurred and urge everyone to stay clear. The sellers are scammers and so is the owner/s of the website itself.

I have been on zeerk for over a year now and believe you me, i only go to other platforms for what i cant find here. Services are cheap. And Anytime i send any message to admin, he replies ontime. Even as a seller, i sold good on the platform. So yeah am sticking to this platform for a long time cos there's no where else to get 100,000 audiomack streams for less than $30.

As a seller I had really bad experiences work in zeerk. Admin cancel orders without any reasons without notifying to both parties. Sometime clients take full service and request cancellation through admin. So he cancel without listen from seller side. I have lost lots of money because of this rude admin's mad decisions. As a client also I faced many issues. And Admin afraid of old sellers and he is taking decisions as those sellers want. Admin doesn't has backbone to take right decision. I recommend only Upwork. That is only site clients and sellers can work together safely.

Have you ever used Zeerk for freelancing services? I had a really bad experience as a buyer on that platform. Their terms of service are terrible! If you cancel a job as a buyer, they only give you a refund through your Zeerk account, not through the payment method you used like PayPal, etc. Can you believe it?

I don't think this is legal. Zeerk can't just hold your money hostage on their platform. And if you decide to stop using their service, they might even suspend your account. It's just crazy that they won't refund your money when their sellers can't deliver what you asked for.

Their policy forces buyers to buy from someone else just to use their balance, and it wastes both time and money. It's totally unacceptable. So, if you're planning to use Zeerk, make sure to read their terms of service carefully and be aware of the risks involved.

Please guys don't deal with them! They are scammers!
I registered and added $200 to my balance but this money didn't come to my account on zeerk. I wrote to admin but instead of answering me they deleted and blocked my account. I tried to write to email I found but no one answered me. By the way - they even don't have any email or support for non registered users so you can't contact them.

The first time when I bought from the Zeerk, I thought that it was like Fiverr and Seoclers protecting the rights of the buyer and seller.

But this website is a messy market. Without any specific rules. I bought a service with 30 days guarantee after the delivery. The service was so poor I contacted the seller after 30 days to see a solution to the problem, but he just ignored me.

After this, I wrote to support. The admin told me: please just contact the seller. And when I did not find any solution with the seller and the admin, I told the admin that I would open a Paypal dispute, After a few hours They ban my account.

But the worst thing was after this I received a message from the support threatening me to close my social accounts if I disturbed them again.

Message: If you continue to deceive us, we have a special group of our freelancers and ban your social account(s).
