Hello,
I don't recommend to use this XE to send money based on my experience.
While made the transfer, they are holding our money in there hand and transaction was not doing complete as per timeline what they mentioned. I was waiting days and weeks to compete the transfer to receive the money, even since that no notification providing about the status and no status update.

Xe operates like a money grabber, akin to a robber—despite receiving funds, they falsely claim otherwise, causing unnecessary delays in transfers. This makes them an untrustworthy company, much like Stripe. These are not Fintech companies; they are Fraudtech.

I sent $1200 US money where they withdraw the money from my account and 20 min later I received and email stating that account was closed for no reason. I will be reporting this company to fraud line in the united states. Avoid headaches such as scam

They took our money. Told us it was being sent. Did NOT send the money, hurting the recipient who needed it. Now tell us it will be up to a week before we get the money back. We opened an account and made four transfers. Two went through. Two we were assured were on their way within hours. The funds are debited from our bank account and unavailable. The next morning wake up to message from very troubled recipient that no funds had arrived. No information over the weekend. Monday, three days later, we receive an email stating only "your amount remains closed." First we heard about the account being closed. Xe still has our money tied up. Talked to them this morning, no explanation, except, too bad, might be another three to four days before the funds are back in our account. No, there is no supervisor or complaint department I could be referred to. Horrible destructive uncaring company. Abysmal service. Avoid at all costs.

Took my money that I'm trying to send to a woman who is anemic from constant bleeding due to endometriosis. Then they immediately closed my account without warning or explanation. They've promised to return the money someday.

XE.com randomly canceled a contract (at their discretion) AFTER they took my money. XE.com can not or will not specify a refund date. They are also not paying me interest on the free loan they are now enjoying. I noticed other reviews on the internet claiming refunds still not processed after 20-30 days. I am filing complaints with relevant government, consumer, and regulatory agencies.

I've used the app for several years, as a reference just for currency rates info. Tried my first transfer today to Colombia, bank to bank to a friend. Accepted my usd, and immediately closed my account. This seems to be a pattern with this company. Waiting to see if I get refunded plus my fees charged.
I was hoping for a better alternative than Western Union. I've never had an issue with WU.

Tried to send USD to my home country for family expenses (Mom and Dad are aging). Accepted my transfer, however, a day later, they closed my account closed for no reason, and nothing asked.

Worst customer service that offers no assistance. I've read some Negative reviews here, but I can tell you that this is true because I experienced the same things. I was unable to withdraw $ 45,000 my hard my money,i received poor responses from them. I was only helped by using M_A_D_A_C_O_V_I. C_O firms to get my money back From them after i submitted my complaint and evidence to this helpful firms called M_A_D_A_C_O_V_I. C_O.

I used Xe for 7 transactions and was very pleased. But for no reason, they canceled my account. I spoke with them on the phone and via email and was assured they fixed the problem. Nope, they didn't - my account remained closed. After asking them a 4th time to resolve the issue, they sent an email saying they were unable to assist me any further and my account would remain closed. I switched to another online money transfer service and haven't had any problems.

The site asked for my additional credentials to 'Verify' my linked account. The requested information was sent including copies of passport and bank accounts. After four phone calls over three days, the customer service finally declared the account verified.
Received the email: "ACH Direct Debit Bank Account Verified"
Nonetheless, just five minutes later an email followed: "Your Xe account has been closed. We will not be able to provide any further information as to the reason why.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
Complete waste of time. I suspect even if they are legitimate or a front to collect personal information.

They collect all sensitive information including personal social security numbers, tax returns etc. After online registration, we have to work with someone to get the account verified. The customer service wait times were more than 30 minutes, before somebody answers and tells you that they will call back. They never do. We get lucky after 4 or 5 attempts, and talk to someone to provide more details that they ask. At the end we get an email refusing to open the account without providing any reason whatsoever. The decision is irreversible. I am scared what they can do with my company information. I should have read the reviews here before providing the details. My bad. Please avoid if you can.

Made my first transfer and few minutes after, I received a message stating they closed my account and no reason provided. That was weird! Stay away from this company. They don't deserve even a single star. There are many other money transfer options and will be happy to deal with a company that respects its customers

I made a transfer with xe option and my account was closed, the receiver did receive my transfer and my account still remains close but I got help from a woman I read about a review about her. Tamra Maivu helped thought the process and I filed a case. She can be contacted on IG via@ tamra_maivu. She is always very recommendable and relatable. If you have save issue, I will advise you contact her.

The company, CONTINENTAL EXCHANGE SOLUTIONS, INC., can be sued for stolen money in small claims court. Simply search your state's corporation's filing and sue them in state court. Remember to seek additional funds for you time in litigating and filing fees.

My money was allegedly transferred on February 15,2024 and it is March 5,2024 and not a single real response to any of my inquiries about the status of my money. I received a generated email indicated that they are "looking into the matter". However, I received nothing. Not even an update.

I inititiated a big transfer on 14th and transferred the money immediately. My transaction got cancelled and I was told they refunded my money on 15th. Talked to my bank and they confirmed no refund was done. My bank asked for ARN so that they may trace the money and XE has not sent the info despite numerous reminders. It shows clearly they are telling lies and have not refunded my money back. It has been almost a week and still nothing. I will never use XE again.
