To my embarrassment, I purchased this software three times. I had their best product which is suppose to erase everything, and there low budget product which is supposed to erase data daily. The best product you can only use twice, then it don't work ( this is something they don't mention in their advertisement) The daily product stopped working when Microsoft downloaded windows 10 on my computer. I e mailed white canyon and they said their product is not compatible with windows 10. They gave no apology for their being out of touch with current computer applications, they just assume we should waste our money on their ineffective product. One more thing, if its supposed to erase, why is all my history still in the browser.
I love their software. It was so easy to use, and user friendly. I did have one problem at one point with the software, but their tech support team was able to fix it in a jiff. I will defiantly be buying software from them again.
This website will not deliver the product I purchased nor refund my money. I purchased Spyware Doctor. The download link provided in a purchase confirmation email from whitecanyon.com did not work and did not have an activation key. When I contacted their support, I got the major runaround from the usual standard canned response of checking their knowledgebase to contacting the software maker for support. I finally talked with a human being who informed me that they currently don't have any activation codes for the software I had purchased and when they got them I would get one. So how do I know when that will happen. Next month, next year? I have already paid for the software, and I expect to be able to use it. The only final recourse I have is to now dispute the charge with my credit card company which I am ready to do. Do not do business with this site. They will cheat you and laugh all the way to the bank.
This is one of the bogus sites I have come across. They never deliver the software or reply the questions we ask. I ordered for the software Disk wiper and they deducted twice from my account on the same day within 5 minutes difference I have asked for aclarification which they never did.
