Ordered for the 1st time online, worried about the color and quality. But I received good quality saree. Will order more and more.
You will get only order confirmation mail and post that no response will come from customer care. Ordered a saree with complete payment and it's been a month not even a clue of delivery and no reply for refund also. Be ware of this a fraudulent site.
Also I feel positive reviews here are paid one. Because I see so many customer with same issues and when we comment on their promotional posts asking on status- they are clevr in deleting

Ordered 3 sarees... so far not delivered. Complete payment made for 3 sarees. Contact number or whatsapp number not responding
THE customer service. Not responsive. No proper refund or return policies. No on time delivery. We received the product after one month of order and another product we didn't receive and later we were told that the product is not available. We were not even acknowledged of it. We got to know when we reached out to them. In whatsapp also no immediate response.
Very unprofessional and non responsive, with no tracking details even after 13 days of my booking 2 high end sarees and pathetic with their one word answers on whatsapp no.
I ordered online saree Nd quality is as expected. I liked the quality Nd colour of saree. They were as expected.
But saree was delivered bit late as proper communication was not made like saree is being weave.
Customer care, responded nicely both in Facebook Nd watsapp.

I paid 10,000 for 3 sarees, they delivered only 2. With continuous follow-up, they never delivered remaining order/refunded the balance. Stay away, it's a fraud company. Wish to give -ve stars.

I have booked saree on July 7th but not yet received any tracking details till now. Th customer service people dont pick up calls and least bothered about the customer. They are not ready to return my as well as the saree which i have selected is not there currently with them. Please look at website and buy sarees, they are running fake business looking money from the people.
