DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE(FABVOGUE/VOGUE) THEY ARE A RIP OFF. THEY HAVE A POLICY FOR FULL REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE, HOWEVER, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND OF $260 AND RETURN COST OF $70. I TRACKED THE MERCHANDISE THAT WAS SHIPPED AND THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT AND STILL NO REFUND. I AGREE WITH ONE OF THE REVIEWS WRITTEN! DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE FROM CHINA TO SELL IN THE USA. THESE DRESSES WERE HORRIBLE/FITTING WAS AWFUL FOR MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING! I BEG YOU ALL NOT TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

THEY ARE LIARS

You can not return a dress. Web site says you can return a dress within 7 days. The dress was terrible. Now they will not return it. The label says it came from China with no return address or return slip. HOW CAN YOU BUY A DRESS SIGHT-UNSEEN, AND NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT?

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY STOLE $300 THE DRESSES DID NOT FIT. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY ONCE THEY RECEIVED THE DRESSES. I SPENT $40 TO RETURN THEM AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND. THEY SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES, STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS.

This company stole over 250 dollars of me even though their refund policy clearly states that I am entitled to a full refund. I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it as my payment didn't go through. They subsequently used my credit card details to attempt debit again and ignored every request relating to an order cancellation. They even deleted the submitted tickets and communication we sent, such a scam! Dealing with this company has honestly been an absolute nightmare... they are despicable, I don't understand how they are even allowed to operate!

My wife bought herself a dress to wear to our daughter's wedding. The dress did not fit correctly and was much lower cut than it showed online. She contacted them within 3 days asking how to return. They REFUSE to provide this info. Their 'no-service' department is absolutely ridiculous! The latest email correspondence is below. My warning is to read the 'cancel order' on their website, NOT their return policy(it is a LIE!).

Awful company. No phone number or address to return dresses. I am currently in dispute, have suspended my credit card payment through my credit card company. Do not buy from them. There is no way to return dresses!

STAY AWAY

This is a horrible company to do business with. They did not explain clearly that your dress would have to be made even though they did not ask for my measurements. I assumed the size I ordered would be shipped. It did not fit well, but beware, they will NOT accept return items unless there is some quality flaw. You are just stuck with a poor fitting dress that you cannot use. Also I had a terrible time getting up with anyone to get an answer.

MONEY TO BURN?

If you have money to burn, then have fun ordering from this site. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear and the dresses were extremely small with built in bra have pads that sit on top of the boobs up by the neck instead of over them; weird sizes and fit, with no option to exchange for a larger size, plus was charged an additional International Fee of $7.50 that was taken out of my checking account that I did not authorize because they were shipped from China. Then within 2 weeks of my order, my debit card was compromised and had to be canceled to prevent the numerous fraudulent charges. I'm not sure if that is related, but I think it's highly likely.

Big mistake!

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter £157 including postage, it arrived on time but is hideous quality. It does not look like the picture on their website. I have been in contact with them and they are not being very helpful at all. They are telling me that they cannot refund on the basis of my complaint and because the dress is 'hand made' the damage (poor quality stitching and beads missing and incorrect length of the skirt and brown staining inside the bodice and the strong smell of glue) is acceptable! They offered me a 10% discount on my next order! I have submitted several photos as they requested to support my case and I am waiting for my next reply. I have a bad feeling about this!

STAY AWAY! I ordered a dress for a wedding three weeks ago and paid an extra twenty five dollars for 3 day shipping, and still have not received my dress. I tried to reach them via live chat, which is never operational and no one is ever on the line, no matter what time I try to reach them. I've submitted an email inquiry to the CEO/ President of this company, and Customer Service, to no avail. Stay away from this company. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I should have checked further before ordering from this company.

Further to my previous review today, I went to a local retail store (Sears). I purchased a beautiful graduation dress - original cost was $129.99. The garment was on sale - $79.99! I would have paid full price - but the sale was a bonus. Also bought a bolero jacket - 50% off. It goes to show that you should check out and support your local community rather than taking huge risks (inferior quality, tailored incorrectly, overpricing, late delivery, etc) prior to deciding to attempt online purchases. This company's website needs to be shut down. I will continue my due diligence in obtaining my refund for my cancelled order a lot sooner than 3 weeks. I'll keep everyone posted! Hope I have helped at least one person with this review,.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL RECEIVE A PRODUCT THAT WILL NOT FIT AS THEIR SIZES ARE BASED ON ORIENTAL PEOPLE. Plus the return policy will only give you 50% of your money plus the shipping cost come out of your pocket. That is if they let you return the product. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY... DO NOT... I immediately wrote them and they will not refund our money. They keep sending responses back telling me to go have it tailored. Do not buy from them!

I ordered a dress from this website for prom. The dress i ordered was a light blue beautiful princess gown with sleeves. I had read the reviews before purchasing and was to be honest really nervous about ordering it due to the fact that most of the reviews were negative. I still decided to go for it since i was in love with the dress and i hadnt seen anything like it on any other website. I suprisingly got the dress 2 days before estimated arrival date which was really good. And the dress was GORGEOUS! I was so suprised and happy. It was even more pretty than shown on the picture. Everyone are asking me where i brought it because it's amazing. I was in pure happiness when i tried the dress on, so happy! It had a label on and even a little plastic bag with extra pearls in case anyone fell off. Made me really happy. The payment and delivery went smooth aswell. If you are gonna order a dress i really recommend this site. Tell me if anyone want me to post a picture of this dress. I'm really happy and i cant wait for prom now :D

Prior to purchasing from the site, we asked customer service if they guarantee the dress will arrive by the arrive date. They said yes. We received it 4 days late, the day before the event. It came not fitting the specifications and had a stain on it. I returned it and was assured we would receive a refund. We have not received the refund and it has been over 5 months.

The pros is that my dress came in all the right size, color, and the chiffon was so soft I love it so much. The cons is that the shipping was kind of confusing because i had no tracking code. I was so excited to buy the dress and forgot to look through reviews first. I looked at some reviews AFTER i purchased it and they were mostly negative! But Im glad my dress came and turned out to be GORGEOUS.

I bought this dress for my 3 bridesmaids in 'Sage' colour. Http :// www.voguepromdresses. Co. Uk/Full-Length-Sweetheart-Chiffon-Dress-Shirred-Bodice-Empire-Waist-Chiffon-Skirt. My experience has been both stressful and rewarding. Services were absolutely helpful and kind and responding immediately. The negative part was that company is not based in the UK but in China. This was not stated in the Company Info (despite 'UK' stated in their name). I live within the EU, so without knowing it, I had to clear the dresses at the Customs (almost the price of the dresses). Nonetheless, Vogue Prom made every effort to help us and covered 2/3 of the fees. If you are aware, however, of this issue, there's nothing that should hold you back from ordering (if your order is under 150Euros or 130 USD then you probably don't need to worry). The quality of the dresses was adequate to the price, the construction was very good (it has good bust support) and the colour was just as pictured. 2 dresses were perfect size, the 3rd slightly bigger (even though my friends measured themselves and did not order by regular size), but it is easily adjusted by a seamstress. Same goes for length, but this happens at almost every long dress I order. Overall, I am happy.

0 Stars! This is a scamming website. I received confirmation of the image of the dress on the date it was suppose to have arrived at my home. It was completely the wrong colour! I responded immediately to let them know and they simply said 'sorry' and said they were still going to ship it. I continued to complain and they tried to tell me that my complaint came in after they shipped it when I have proof in their own emails that they had not! Do not waste your money. I am scared of what they are going to send me and I am lodging a complaint with my credit card company against them.

This is by far the WORST on line company I have had the displeasure dealing with. I have been fighting with them for the past month trying to get my money back for the most hideous dress I have ever seen. I have been shopping on line for about 15yrs and have never had such a horrible experience like this one. If you want horrible quality and bad service then go ahead and buy something. Not only did my dress not look at all like what I ordered but it didn't fit even though I went by measurments. This is the first time I have ever left a review like this and im not happy about having to do so. I strongly suggest that you don't ever consider buying something from this company.
