Their sizes are no longer the same, much smaller then even a year a go. And the quality Is poor. A seem not sewed and it hasn't been worn yet but because they tag is off can't return it. The seems aren't straight, and you can see where they have to resew due to mistakes.
Also you have to return and pay return shipping so there's no way to even get a full return for the items you bought. This is my last time shopping here as they quality is not worth the over priced and bad costumer service

Since 2016 I have purchased the long sleeve scrub tops in size medium. I always have them embroidered with my name and title. The fit was perfect. I have always ordered size medium in womens pants. No matter the style these were perfect. Never returned any item. I recently spent $ 122.00. Two long sleeve scrub tops@ $19.99 each plus $7.99 each for embroidery in size medium. These barely fit over my head, are so tight they hang up on my hips. The chest is suffocating. These are useless because I cannot return embroidered items. Two pairs of matching pants@ $17.99 each in size medium. The pants barely come to the middle of of hips. Also useless due to paying return shipping. The one hoody is very poorly constructed. Will wear to work in the yard. Strange thing I even weigh 11 lbs less than the last time I ordered these items in medium. These items were made in Haiti, perhaps their sizing is for their people. I will not waste another dime ordering from Uniform Advantage. The quality is so poor and the sizing cannot be trusted. I take pride in my professional appearance. Uniform Advantage can no longer meet my standards. I have advised coworkers and staff to not waste their money with this company.

I am disappointed with the recent purchase experience. Despite selecting the PayPal 4-installment option, a glitch on Uniform Advantage's end led to the order being processed as a full payment. Upon requesting cancellation and modification for affordability, the customer service representative's refusal and interruptions were disheartening. There is nothing fast about the overpriced shipping - and the FedEx tracking info is usually incorrect. FedEx refuses to ring our doorbell when deliveries are made which increases the risk of porch pirate theft.
The products you receive are not labeled in a way that corresponds to the catalog or online descriptions so it's hard to verify your order. Items also easy to over-buy.
Product colors really do vary disappointingly across products - even for the UA branded lines
