I placed an order on 21 October for a football shirt for my daughter.
The item was never delivered, and when I asked for either proof of shipment, resending, or a refund, I was blamed for "not providing a house number" — even though a webshop is obligated to check complete address details before shipping.

But the worst part came later.

Instead of helping me, UKSoccershop insulted me personally in writing.
They literally emailed me:

"You are one of the thickest people we've encountered in 20 years of trading."

I have attached the screenshot of their e-mail as proof.

This is not customer service — this is abusive behaviour, intimidation, and a complete refusal to resolve their own mistakes. They then wrote that they "will no longer communicate" with me and refused any further assistance.

A company that:
does not deliver
refuses refunds
blames the customer
and insults customers in writing

…should not be allowed to operate.

I have already filed a chargeback with my bank, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this webshop. There are many similar complaints here — I wish I had checked them earlier.

Absolute disgrace. Stay far away.

Misleading delivery timeframes and extremely poor reviews on trust pilot as well as other customer review platforms. Please look at reviews before you purchase anything from them. Counterfeit products, misleading leading delivery timeframes and appalling customer service. Stay away from this company at all costs.

The site is a scam from the start as the jersey I bought was printed with the wrong number in the first place (now fixed, since I returned my order and told them why) but they never refunded me, even after confirming receival of my return and 'initiating' my refund. £89.99 is not worth just dropping the case either. I want my money back!

Ordered several items and was told that they were on the way. I have been lied to multiple times by them and DHL and now am out a couple of hundred dollars. Based on what I have been reading this is there modus operandi. AVOID at all costs

Nice and arivved quick although not the official type of top described as not a players shirt.

I would of expected abit better

I would not buy anything from the company. I ordered a jersey for my son, Youth XL. They sent an adult XL. I was charged for the shirt, but I obviously could not use it. I ordered another jersey through Fruugo to get the right jersey for his birthday. I had no idea Fruugo would use UK Soccer Shop to fulfill the order. I asked Kelly, the sales rep for UK soccer Shop for a refund, but they would not replace the shirt without me returning it, which I did. They claimed to initiate a return for the cost of the jersey, but not the two shipping costs, which were more than the cost of the jersey. Kelly explained that both shipping costs would be refunded as well. The "initiated refund" never happened and Kelly from UK Soccer Shop stop answering my emails. Scam.

Placed an order for a Spurs jersey. For 6 months, nothing. Got fed up and asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They said ok. Well 6 months later still no refund. And they won't respond to my requests asking what the heck is going on. Avoid.

I was dubious of buying from the site as it seemed so cheap. I took the plunge! The quality of the football top and hoodie is amazing! The price was even better! Highly recommend!

Ordered something off this site. It came exactly when they said it would and they kept me updated every step of the way.
All the gear they sell is legit and of good quality.
Will 100% order from them again.

Bought my son a football shirt from these cowboys. Within a few weeks the lettering was cracked and peeling off. I contacted them and was told it was wear and tear. After paying over £100, I am disgusted with the quality. The shirt is not fit for purpose, obviously poorly made and I feel I've been robbed of my money. AVOID!

Delivery straightforward and no issues. Items received were correct size but not official kits which was surprising.

Good response time. Received quickly despite wanting customisation. Very impressed. One small gripe is that it is quite expensive but the look on my grandsons face more than made up for the price. Will probably use again as quality seems very good.

Order placed and fully paid for but not until I chased them two months later was I advised that the product was out of stock. I substituted my order for a different product which was duly despatched however upon arrival was subject to import duty in excess of 100% of the purchase price which was never explained in advance. I requested cancellation of the order and a full refund which was agreed to but only after the product had been returned to their warehouse by their own nominated courier. Four months later this has still not been confirmed and the company is now not acknowledging or responding to my emails. Also impossible to phone the so called customer service department as the number is permanently unmanned. Based on my experience would recommend not dealing with this organisation.

I purchased some football jumpers for my sons for Christmas (14th December) that were labelled as 'in stock'. Delivery was meant to be 5 days. Nothing arrived and I assumed that must be lost and there was no communication. I therefore repurchased the jumpers to be guaranteed delivery within 48 hours on 20th December. Again nothing arrived for Christmas.
I received both orders on 5th January and they will not let me return as they say there are bespoke printed? These with just normal players jumpers of that club and I didn't order bespoke printed.
I have tried to communicate with this company and not one response.
Please do not use this company.
