Plants do make people happy! I couldn't resist the sale and purchased 5 plants. They came fast and had cold weather packaging. They are acclimating to their new home before going to my office.
I ordered two Meyer Lemon bushes, sent to two different addresses of people who are helping me navigate a multi-part surgery, as I am alone. (This purchase was a considerable expense for me.) The bushes arrived but neither contained the note I asked for from me. They would not have known I sent them. The note from the sender is an integral part of the order.
Nice sized tree, very healthy, packed and shipped with care. Both the pot and tree arrived as expected and, with notice, I was able to ensure someone was there to bring it in from the cold. It will be an excellent Christmas gift for a plant lady who "doesn't want anything"!
The planters are also really nicely curated along with the two plants I got, the Philodendron White Knight and the Alocasia Dragon Scale. Will hopefully be back for more plants when the weather gets warmer.
The plant was very carefully packed and came in extremely good shape. It adjusted nicely to the new environment. The instructions and information were clear and helpful.
Plants came healthy and as expected, but one of the pots was chipped on the side. We still kept it as we could turn it around and hide it.

My bay leaf came perfect and is thriving. The Meyer lemon tree came with so many broken limbs from shipping. It is still in shock and not sure if it will survive.
Plants always arrive fresh and lively. My last plant was in winter packaging as it was more delicate (my Norfolk Pine was also packed to protect it from winter conditions). The plant care, variety of plant selections, email response when I have questions, and their beautiful website are cause for me to come back over and over (my husband is becoming concerned, as every surface is hosting a plant🥰) but I'll always return to The Sill.
Love this tree! I bought a larger one earlier. It was packaged with great care and was a beautifully shaped tree. Our family members who came for a reunion loved it too!
My Norfolk Pine arrived just before Thanksgiving week, to much anticipation. It is beautiful, just as shown. I can already see how it will look as it matures. I know it will always remind observers of Christmas, but it will look beautiful, delicate and lush all year round. I'm so happy we go it before it was sold out. Yay!

I've purchased several plants from The Sill. All have arrived in excellent condition and are still thriving. The selection of plants is wonderful and deciding which plants to order is very difficult, because they are all so lovely and unique. I believe The Sill is the best place to buy plants online.

I am placing my third order for a double orchid. They are beautiful, bring me joy, and cost is a bargain vs. buying fresh flowers over the life of fresh flowers!
Lackluster plants; doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason for how they are maintained (I have received extremely root-bound and barely absorbing water, to looks like it was just plopped in the nursery pot the soil is so loose, oh great and it's soaking too); they often die.
Because the nursery environment is apparently wildy unpredictable, it's hard to provide the best care upon receipt. In my experience most plants stay in shock until they're dead. I have over 80 plants in the house and am an avid gardener, but I return to the sill sometimes despite lessons learned, to be totally honest.

Since my first gift received from the Sill, I've become a customer and utilize the Sill to send plant gifts to others. Always assured plants will be packaged expertly for any kind of weather and arrive in good condition with adequate instructions.
I bought two beautiful plants, one had bugs and when I realized it I reported and The Sill sent another one. I tried to save the plant (with a significant effort and time investment) and succeeded. After a few weeks I noticed bugs in the second original order plants, it was in bad shape and I tried to save it but failed. The Sill told me the 30 day guarantee was over so, good luck
My experience with The Sill has been nothing short of wonderful. I have attended several free webinars on plant care, taken advantage of their discount codes after attendance, and ordered several plants. Overall, the plants I received were healthy and beautiful. One of the specialty pots I ordered and received was broken; however, The Sill was extremely responsive to my request to replace the pot. My overall experience with The Sill is a 10 of 10!

I was having a problem with my new Calathea Medallion plant. The Sill got back to me very quickly. Gave me a few suggestions, and now I'm having a virtual plant appointment to help out with my issues. I've never had a plant company that offered this.
This is my first plant in decades. And, my first plant from this company. I actually ordered from two different companies at the same time. My plant came in perfect condition. At first I thought it was fake. It's so beautiful. I also chose a planter. WOW! This company has so many options. I pray they give even more. That said it came already nestled in my new planter which is the Isabella white sesame color. I've had my plant over two weeks and it is really thriving. The burgundy color under the leaves are very pretty. I'm now looking for a lot more plants to buy from The Sill.
