Ordered a beautiful 100% cotton bath rug. Edges were unraveling. I can't imagine what it would have looked like if I had washed it. Very disappointing.
Do not like that phone number is required. A lot of people do not want to get texts.
I gave a lower rating to my shopping experience when I could not use my 20% off discount and didn't qualify for the cyber day discount. When asked to rate my experience and I did not give a positive one, I heard back from the company store. They really made up for it and rectified the issue immediately. Disappointing that I could not use my new 20% off on text sign ups. Since my purchase did not qualify for your cyber deal, I am paying full price and I'm am not happy about that. False advertising in my opinion.

But with this most recent order, the towels were much lighter weight than expected and do not have the premium, heavyweight feel of 100% cotton towels I've purchased from The Company Store in the past. I should have returned them, but I washed them first and now I'm stuck with them.

Love the new comforters—we sleep European style. They fit perfectly into our existing Company Store duvets, so the comfort and the look are perfect! What I wish is that there would be a way to compare the offerings a little bit easier. We got a light warmth, twin size and so far we are comfortable in Minnesota winter sleeping. The cat does help!
Could clearly view my options and the reviews. The Black Friday Deal was awesome! I have duvets from your company and just updating the comforters. You are the ONLY-place that has twin comforters of the size of your duvets or anyone's else for that matter. Most are way too small inside and tend to swim around. Am excited to try this light weight one.

It took thirty minutes to place my order because one of the three the stockings that I had personalized would not appear in the cart, just the sample from the home page. I had to start over three times until it finally was accepted. Unprofessional website, not appreciated.

This holiday Sale I ordered pillow protectors, sheets sets in queen and twin sizes, duvet covers, and cotton blankets. When I need something for the bed I find the comfort, the quality, and often a sale. Having comfortable bedding, is like preparing a good meal. We are fortunate enough to make that happen by purchasing from the company store. And their sales are well timed so I can spread out my purchases.
The customer service dept is helpful, responsive, and followup to confirm satisfaction, or necessary steps. They are not inexpensive, but they are reasonable and make excellent products. Thank you.
