Once in a while you run across someone that really makes life easier. TechJeff has provided me with timely, efficient, and quality assistance for computer and printer issues. He provides recommendations that go beyond the immediate problem, which is an unexpected benefit. Jeff has fair single pricing with no charge if he cannot solve the problem. He has my highest recommendation!

After spending 4.5 hours on the phone in the night with 3 Godaddy folks and one Apple and one Microsoft and not getting my email accoutn restored, my partner remeinded me to get on with Jeff. It was Mother's Day so I did not expect to work with him today but his booking site took me at noon. I wrote an emial explaining it all and he said they should never have kept me that long and what he would do is take over the computer and fix the problem and call me when it was done! Really? I asked if i could watch and he said of course but feel free to go do anything you want and i will call you when done. This might sound ridiculous but it was really thrilling to watch him go at warp speed through all the steps i had been dogging thru but know how to fix it when it reached an impasse that others did not know how to handle. So instead of going in circles he went straight to the resolution, updated my older Mac with a workaround, got me onto a better browser, and got both email accounts up and running and all passwords corrected and saved. All while being relaxed and friendly and quick and kind and so helpful. My husband just had the same kind of experience a couple weeks ago when Jeff pulled him out of a situation that he was sinking in and got him up and going again. We both recommend him so highly and his rates are beyond reasonable for what he delivers. He owrks on line so need bother about where you live. Give Jeff a try...you'll be happy!

Jeff is definitely a first class computer wizard. I had a malfunction I struggled with for a few days and Jeff corrected the issue in only a few minutes. This is not the first time Jeff has come to my rescue. Jeff is an amazing individual who provides top notch service. My only criticism is that Jeff doesn't charge enough for the level of service he provides.

I was very skeptical about allowing remote access to an unknown person. He took the time needed to get Windows 10 installed on my old computer. And gave me some free pointers to save money!

I can't even remember how many years ago it was that I stumbled onto Jeff, but it was a great day for me. Jeff has been able to keep all of my computers running great. My last issue was the hard drive on my PC was about to fail. Jeff guided me to getting ready for the change out and once I had replaced the hard drive and installed the operating system, Jeff finished the install and was able to get all my programs operating. Today, my computer works just like it use to, only much faster. As far as I am concerned, you can't go wrong with Jeff. If it can be fixed, he can fix it. Unfortunately I have had to use Jeff many times and we have gotten to be friends. Jeff is a great guy and knows what he is doing.
