These ladies are lying through their teeth! The pieces I've purchased the sizing is all over the place! The leggings I just purchased are advertised as BUTTER LEGGINGS AND they're totally compression OR the CHINA SWEAT SHOP MADE THEM 2 SIZES TOO SMALL! I should have know with the horrible return policies they were simply taking advantage of people!
Ordered 2 of the get ready robes, and a dress. The sizing that the site gives is way off. Both of the items were huge! Size down. They do not give refunds either. Only store credit. So know what you are buying!
I used the website on my phone and got a text that I left something in my cart, so I opened it and proceeded to check out. I received a double order. You do not get a REFUND only credit. Their policy is below. It wasn't my fault that there was a double order. I was tricked by the text message saying I left something in my cart.
- If we cannot fulfill an item, that customer is entitled to a REFUND
- Customers will be refunded in Shop credit and be required to pay
shipping back to Shop SYS. Please allow up to 5 business days for your
return to be processed. *You will be issued credit on the platform
(website or app) that the order was placed. *
- We do not cancel orders. If a customer accidentally ordered something
twice, they will be given one courtesy cancellation for store credit, but
after that we are not able to cancel orders.
- All items discounted at 20% or more and accessories are FINAL SALE. *This
includes power hours with a 20% discount or higher.*
You need to let your customers know when an item comes back in stock & that they pre authorized it so that we can change if we no longer want the item. Ridiculous to charge a card for an item automatically when we don't even know if it's come back in! Terrible customer service
Don't worry about messaging them to ask any questions regarding their clothing, they don't respond back.
