Working here has been an incredible learning experience for me. Through and through, both coworkers and bosses have been helpful. The firm also gives gratuities. This illustrates how much they appreciate their employees. Aside from that, I was really pleased with the medical coverage they provided. It implies that they are concerned about their staff.

Likes:
As a member of SRV's SM team for quite some time, I appreciate the surroundings, the atmosphere, and the support, but I enjoy my work even more. It's both fast and demanding, as you'd expect from a media firm. There is more opportunity for promotion than I could have expected.

Dislikes:
However, there is one disadvantage to all of this. Because of the fast-paced nature of the industry, there is often no room for error. You're not grilled or anything, but every error you make is clear. As a result, you must always be watchful and careful. It is, nevertheless, good preparation for your future.

It has been a long time since I was struggling for quality leads in my start-up business. I was looking for performance marketers in my business but could not find someone I could count on. That was when I came across SRV Media one day, while browsing the internet. I must say they did a great job. I was overwhelmed to see the results within a few weeks. Excellent teamwork, guys!

The scope for growth here at SRV is quite good. You get plenty of opportunities to explore your skills as it is a media firm and you also get amazing learning opportunities. The potential of it all makes your work harder and better like sculpting your skills.

The downside to all of this is the amount of energy it takes from your daily life. Because the potential is exponential, the effort needed is similar as well. If you are the kind of person who doesn't adapt to increasing workload then you might find this a bit too much to handle.
